The distance between Khandar and NASA is more than geographical.

Gorangini Sharma, a student from Khandar in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, is now preparing for an educational visit to NASA.

Her journey began much closer to home with an opportunity to participate in a national-level Olympiad.

Like thousands of other students, she entered the competition from her school.

She competed beyond her classroom. Moved through multiple stages.
Benchmarked herself against students from across the country.

And eventually, her performance earned her a place among the four students selected for the NASA visit.

What makes Gorangini’s story special is not simply where she is going.

It is where she is coming from.

India's academic talent does not belong only to its biggest cities or most visible schools. There are capable, curious students in smaller towns and districts whose potential may simply need the right opportunity to become visible.

That is why creating wider platforms for students to participate matters.

This year's Mittsure Olympiad Masters brought together 1 lakh+ students across 2,000+ schools and 675+ districts, creating a common platform where students could compete, benchmark themselves and progress beyond their immediate academic environment.

Four students eventually made it to the NASA opportunity.

Gorangini is one of them.

Her story is a reminder of something we often overlook:

Talent can come from anywhere. Opportunity should too.

We are proud to be part of a journey that began in a classroom in Rajasthan and is now taking a student all the way to NASA.

And perhaps the most exciting part is knowing that there are many more such journeys waiting to begin.

Before NASA, there was a question paper.

Before Gorangini Sharma became one of four students selected for an educational visit to NASA, there was something much simpler:

A student sitting for an Olympiad.

Reading a question. Thinking through the options. Getting some right. Getting some wrong.
Moving to the next one.

Then came another level. And another.

What looks like a big achievement at the end often begins with many small moments of thinking, attempting, making mistakes and trying again.

Gorangini's journey through Mittsure Olympiad Masters is one such story.

The NASA visit may be the headline today.

But the experience of participating, competing and progressing is what came first.

And that is what we want Olympiads to create for students, not just a result to celebrate, but an experience that makes them more comfortable with challenges.

Because sometimes, the most valuable part of a competition is everything a student learns before the result arrives.
