Delighted to share that Samvaad 1.0 (Women’s Day Special) was successfully organised by Human Rights Cell, DSW in association with Faculty of Law (FoL) and LITMUS, DSW, Manipal University Jaipur.
Samvaad is envisioned as a platform where ideas find expression in forms both spoken and unspoken. While the word itself evokes the spirit of dialogue, the event extended beyond conventional conversation and embraced reflection, creativity, and artistic interpretation. Through poetry, performances, and thoughtful artistic expressions, the platform encouraged participants to engage with themes of women’s rights, lived experiences, and empowerment.
What made the event especially enriching was the enthusiastic participation of students from departments across Manipal University Jaipur, who presented their perspectives on women’s rights and related social issues through poetry, music, storytelling, and other creative expressions. Their voices, ideas, and reflections truly brought the spirit of Samvaad to life.
Grateful to everyone who contributed to making Samvaad 1.0 a space where voices were heard, stories were shared, and ideas found expression.
Looking forward to many more such meaningful initiatives that encourage dialogue and engagement with human rights.
