REPORT ON ENROLLMENT OF NEW NCC CADETS

DAV Public School, PPL Township, Paradeep
1(O) BN NCC, Cuttack

DAV Public School, PPL Township, Paradeep successfully conducted the enrollment of new NCC cadets for the academic session 2026–27 under 1(O) BN NCC, Cuttack.

A total of 25 cadets were enrolled, comprising 15 Junior Division (JD) cadets and 10 Junior Wing (JW) cadets. The enrollment process was carried out as per the guidelines of the NCC and under the supervision of the concerned NCC authorities.

The newly enrolled cadets were briefed about the aims and objectives of the NCC, discipline, leadership, patriotism, national integration, and the responsibilities of an NCC cadet. The cadets expressed their enthusiasm and commitment to participate actively in NCC activities, training, camps, and community-service programmes.

The school congratulates all the newly enrolled cadets and wishes them a successful and meaningful journey with the National Cadet Corps.

DAV Public School, PPL Township, Paradeep celebrated the 80th Independence Day with great patriotic fervour and enthusiasm on 15 August 2026. The programme commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by the Principal, Sh. Sanjeev Kumar Sahu, followed by the National Song and National Anthem.
Students presented a patriotic group song, creating an atmosphere of pride and unity. This was followed by inspiring speech by the Principal who highlighted the role of the youth specially the students community in the formation of the viksit Bharat which is the theme of the 80th independence Day At the end of the programme, sweets were distributed among the students, followed by orderly dispersal.
The celebration concluded with a strong message of national pride, unity and responsibility towards the nation.
