Dear All, Next Sunday meeting is crucial to take the program forward. We need to take care of the following:
1- Ensuring maximum participation at least 400 students
2- Each batch leader has to play an important role here in getting their batchmates to the meeting. They may plan separately to how many students they can reach out personally or over phone and ensure at least 20-30 from their batch
3- There may be some senior students who may not have WhatsApp. We need to reach out to them over phone or personally.
4-Biranchi, your group sms plan will help now. Please add the numbers I had given earlier. Srikant you may share additional ph numbers collected meanwhile. Please see if we can go for a trial run by Wednesday.
5- Detailed agenda need to be ready beforehand, with clarity what decisions to be taken and finalised in the meeting. It can't be a mere discussion.
6- Logistics like chairs, Mike, food arrangements need to be worked out.
7- There were some cash commitments in the last meeting. Srikant in discussion with Krushnabhai you may check and alert them if they can contribute now. Those who are in this group may come forward and reach out to Krushnabhai on your own.
-Its easy write here in FACEBOOK. Let's all join to applaud our friends on ground who for last 2 weeks have been working day and night to print and distribute 5000 letters to all ex-students.
We all have to support them to make it happen in time.
