Hi All,

The present students of our college JEC Jabalpur are organizing an "All Alumni Meet" on 13th March, 2016.

The purpose of the meet is to activate the dormant JECAA and to create a bridge between the alumni and the college.

The Alumni Meet has the following agenda
Reconnect the Alumni with Alma Mater and with each other.
Initiate active Student-Alumni interaction programs like Workshops, Internships, Placements etc..
Set up a Startup Incubator and an Angel Fund.
Relive the Memories and share light moments with batch mates, seniors, juniors and the JEC Family.

The Juniors and JECAA require our help both in terms of mentorship and funds.

We request you to contribute in whatever denominations you can for the success of the event.

• All participants need to upload their entries after creating their separate account on www.selfieism.com
• Participants need to add “HumansofJec” as an interest in their uploaded pictures for us to consider them.

• Winning entries will receive certificates, prizes and goodies from team helix

• More than one entry from a single participant is allowed.
• Following types of entries shall be dismissed:
Pictures that violate or infringe upon another person's rights, including but
not limited to copyright, that contain sexually explicit, n**e, obscene, violent or other objectionable or inappropriate content or that involve the willful harassment of wildlife, or damage to the environment.
• The pictures shall be judged solely by our panel of judges and their jurisdiction shall be final.

Mock campus will be held on 5th and 6th March, Mock UPSC on 6th March.

Those who have participated in more than one of these events do not need to worry about the condition of clashing of event timings.
We have prepared the slots keeping in mind convenience of separate timings being allotted for those who are participating in multiple events.

Even if in the prepared schedules, somehow your timings are clashing please first check the links given above and then contact to us!

Those who have registered and have not received the mails for mock campus can come to 'IT building between 9-12' in the morning of '5th march' and they will be given a slot in the next day i.e, 6th march.

Those who have not registered yet and want to participate can also come between the same timings of '9-12 on 5th march at IT building'.

Try to avoid any confusion, check your slots carefully and attend helix.

The dates for submission of Vocational Training / Internship forms for VI Semester students is available now.

Every student interested in training (which is compulsory) MUST submit two copies of eaach forms at TPO Office on his/her specified date only. Everyone MUST submit atleast 5 and upto 7 forms with two copies of each. For eg. if you are applying at 5 places for Internship then you must submit 5*2 copies of each of the application.

Incorrect application, delayed application will be rejected. No extra form submission shall be entertained after the allocated date.

TPO NOTICE: PORTAL REGISTRATION - BATCH 2016

BE, ME, MCA students of Batch 2016 are hereby informed that the Training and Placement Portal Registration at http://tpo.jec-jabalpur.org will be open from Feb 16, 2015 to Feb 22, 2015. The students who have registered themselves at the portal will only be entertained for training and placement related activities.

Also the verification of documents regarding the same will start from Feb 23, 2015.
