“Cesarz_Riders ”

My College Project *Baja ATV 2019*
The journey I took in Bolero Pickup to IIT, Ropar, Punjab. It is *Total of = 2,200+ km*.

I am the captain, ATV is completed, and there is a Fail of Transportation deal by a Team Member.
Then,
I took a sudden stand, my father made the deal. But, They only agrees, If I will go with them. Via Road🤯. It is time of shivering cold🥶. And, I have to go. Because, all that Hard-works and all the Time(late night)spent just go to zero.🙁

I put all the Courage, and told my family that I will and I can.💪💪😎. I don’t know what would happen in the journey, it is only one thought “I have to Take ATV before The Scheduled Date”💪🤟.Even, I have to sleep one night in temple and one in that small cabin.(we all three are Heavy Persons )😃
Because, of Blessing of God, Support from family, and these Two wonderful friends in the journey. I made it. 💪😎

*The ATV is on Time and cleared the Technical, and stood Third in Cost Report.(All by me)*😇😇
I came back in the Bolero.😂Train Tickets are wasted.😂😂

We are in Punjab. Our Happiness is on peak after each hurdle we became more and more strong. Our efforts proved we got the technical sticker qualified and also got Rank 3 in Cost Report. Learnt, new things, practical and great experience 😃❤️. It is all because of our team work and all credit goes to My juniors there will gives me the power. A knuckle is a primary component in the wheel assembly of the vehicle which supports the tie rod, brake caliper, & wheel to give stability.
To have stability in ur team is the most important thing as the knuckle links every component we should link up our knowledge and members to have a astounding team

A shock absorber is a mechanical or hydraulic device designed to absorb and damp shock impulses.
In a team working we should work as a shockup works for a vehicle...every journey has ups and downs, to absorb the shock given by road pebbles or bumps and going ahead and fight for it is the real success.

Connecting cable is a single, usually cylindrical, flexible strand or rod of metal. Wires are used to bear mechanical loads or electricity and telecommunications signals.
Similarly a team comprising members work as the electrons and their output towards team is their efficiency.
