Xavierites Celebrated christmas function with joy and festivity.

It was a great phenomenon for the students of St. Xavier’s who celebrated the birth of Jesus Christ with great POMP and SHOW as RED DAY wherein tiny tots were in red and Santa attire spreading message of vibrant love and enthusiasm everywhere. Each corner of Xavier’s echoed with the Christmas Bells and Jingle Bell with the riding of Santa on the stage. The celebration started with the enchanting name of Lord Almighty through prayer and prayer songs.

The programme comprised of Prayer songs, Carols welcome speeches and songs followed by reading of Chairman Sir message by school President which made the audience awe struck by its concept and theme.

Students also participated in class room decoration where all the students of the class exhibited team spirit for making their class the most beautifully decorated one.

The day concluded with extreme joy and happiness followed by distribution of goodies and chocolates to the students.

The celebration was glorious under the kind guidance of Hon’ble Chairman Sir Dr A.F Pinto and Managing Director Grace Pinto who are striving hard to transform young minds into potential beings.

St. Xaviers High School participated with great enthusiasm in International Yoga day 2018.All the students did asana of yoga and experienced the peace and benefit of this ancient heritage of our country.
Tiny tots also participated in yoga .They were taken to Retrova centre to learn and revive themselves by the most powerful unifying force Yoga.

RIFLE SHOOTING COMPETITION CONDUCTED IN ST. XAVIER’S HIGH SCHOOL SHANTI NAGAR

It was a very glorious moment for the students of St. Xavier’s High School Shanti Nagar wherein they participated in Youth Talent Search for Inter School Rifle Shooting Competition conducted by Gun for glory Academy
Students were categorized in the U 14, 16, 19 age category and were given chance to shoot the aim with Rifles. All the students enthusiastically participated and proved their mettle on accuracy and sharp focus with utmost concentration.
Students who have qualified the first round were given briefing about techniques and consistency approach to be the finest shooter. They were given points for Shooting Skills and ways to practice shooting aims.
They were further given techniques to improve targets with better accuracy and performance by taking care of omits lose points, converting into gains.
This program was under the guidance of Chairman sir Dr. A. F. Pinto and Managing Director Mrs. Grace Pinto who focus on developing the child by taking care of all the nascent talent and inherent potential, by giving opportunity in form of various activities and thereby polishing the talent with suitable guidance.

CELEBRATION IN

Science and Technology is undergoing unprecedented change in recent times, fostering independent and rationalized technological thinking. Science helps man to acknowledge facts and analyse the result, Nevertheless which is too far from assumption and absurdities. Science has globalized the world and the best known educationalist Managing Director Madam Grace Pinto, Chairman Sir Dr. A. F. Pinto as always had the visionary input and giving shape to the students of their institution, and serving their motto of all round development.

To commemorate the discovery of Raman Effect by Mr. C. V. Raman, St. Xavier’s High School, Shantinagar, Jabalpur had celebrated Science Day. Special Prayer and Assembly were done reflecting the factors and glimpses of Science. The students have hedged the whole school by their knowledge of science by participating in the science exhibition. The various innovative and streaming tickling ideas were beautifully presented by students in form of models. The models and machines were the brain outputs of students which was really a magnificent efforts by the forth coming future scientists.

These innovative and influential ideas of Science had made us successful and provided us the bright future which every one wished for.

The Judges for the exhibition was Dr. R.P. Ahuja, Er. S. Marcus (Chief Engineer, Retd. From Indian Railway), Mr. Jaspreet Singh Bawa (Mechanical Engineer) guided & motivated students to excel further by inculcating scientific attitude & temperament & contributing towards the development of the nation.

The man who did wonder in field of science..he ws the one who tremendously conributed in developing missile power in India..the one who always motivated youth and supported youth power..nd most importantly who made us realise about the beauty and importance of dreams is no more wd us..
He is going to be physically absent ; but his teachings will be always with us..
AS HE SAID-THAT WHICH HAS BEEN IMAGINED WILL SURELY ND CERTAINLY BE MANIFESTED.

There is no joy like the Joy of Giving. The students of St. Xavier's High School, Shanti Nagar went out onto the streets of Jabalpur to distribute old clothes and food to beggars as part of their Christmas celebrations.
