We are proud to congratulate our TY B.Tech CSE – Division C students:

Atharv Hirve | Varad Katti | Pankaj Doye

on their remarkable achievement in the Build for Good Hackathon 2026, organized by Sama Digital Foundation and hosted at KLE Technological University, Hubballi, Karnataka.

Competing among 1,000+ teams and 3,000+ builders from across India, the team successfully progressed through an intensive 45-day journey of mentorship, evaluation, innovation, and continuous refinement, securing a place among the Top 34 Teams nationally.

Project: SAARTHI AI – Ancient Wisdom for Modern Guidance.
As recognition of their valuable contribution and achievement, the team was awarded Apple MacBook Pro M1 laptops.

The team’s journey was strengthened by the motivation and valuable insights of Prof. P. N. Jadhav, which helped them transform their idea into a meaningful and nationally recognised innovation.

🎓 IT Department Alumni Get-Together 2026 | Strengthening Bonds, Building Futures 🤝

The Department of Information Technology, Rajarambapu Institute of Technology (RIT), Rajaramnagar, successfully organized an Alumni Get-Together on Saturday, 8th August 2026 at Wakad, Pune.

The gathering was organized with the objective of strengthening alumni bonding and fostering meaningful engagement between alumni and the IT Department for the overall growth and development of students and the department.

✨ 30 alumni participated enthusiastically in the get-together, making the event a memorable platform for reconnecting, sharing experiences, and exploring opportunities for future collaboration.

During the interaction, the alumni expressed their gratitude towards RIT for the strong foundation and valuable experiences gained during their academic journey. They also assured their continued support to the IT Department and students through internship opportunities, placement assistance, industry guidance, mentoring, and sharing valuable industry expertise.

The event reaffirmed the strong and enduring relationship between RIT and its alumni, demonstrating that the bond built during college continues to create opportunities and contribute to the success of future generations of IT professionals.
