প্রিয় বর্তমান 2nd semester এর ছাত্রছাত্রীরা,
ইসলামপুর কলেজ ছাত্রছাত্রীদের শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার মানোন্নয়নের জন্য অতি সম্প্রতি "Mentorship Programme" চালু করেছে। এই কর্মসুচীর মাধ্যমে 2nd Semester এর সকল ছাত্রছাত্রীদের ইসলামপুর কলেজের কোন একজন শিক্ষক বা শিক্ষিকার অধীনে থেকে নিজেদের পড়াশুনার ব্যাপারে প্রতিনিয়ত পরামর্শ গ্রহণ করার কথা বলা হয়েছে। প্রত্যেক শিক্ষক বা শিক্ষিকা হলেন একজন "Mentor" এবং প্রত্যেক ছাত্র বা ছাত্রী একজন "Mentee"। এই কর্মসুচীর মাধ্যমে কলেজ কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রত্যেক ছাত্রছাত্রীর সঙ্গে একটি নিরবচ্ছিন্ন সংযোগ সম্পর্ক স্থাপন করার চেষ্টা করছে এবং কলেজ কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রত্যেক ছাত্রছাত্রীর শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার মানোন্নয়ন ও সার্বিক বিকাশে বদ্ধ পরিকর। এই উদ্দেশ্যে 2nd Semester এর প্রত্যেক ছাত্রছাত্রীদের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট শিক্ষক বা শিক্ষিকার অধীনে একটি করে WhatsApp Groups তৈরি করে তাতে যোগদান করানোর প্রক্রিয়াও সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। অর্থাৎ বর্তমানে প্রত্যেক 2nd Semester এর ছাত্রছাত্রীরা কোন না কোন Mentor এর অধীনে কোন না কোন WhatsApp Group এ রয়েছে। যদি কোন 2nd Semester এর ছাত্র বা ছাত্রী এখনও কোন "Mentor-Mentee" WhatsApp Group এ যোগদান না করে থাকো বা তোমাদের Mentor কে সেটা না জেনে থাকো তাহলে খুব শীঘ্রই কলেজের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট islampurcollege.ac.in এ Students Area সেকশনে https://www.icportal.in/collegesoftware/ Student Log In পরিষেবার মাধ্যমে বা কলেজ খোলা থাকাকালীন "Enquiry Counter" থেকে নিজেদের Mentor এর নাম জেনে নাও। নিজেদের Mentor এর নাম জানবার পর সেই শিক্ষক বা শিক্ষিকার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে নির্দিষ্ট WhatsApp Group এ যুক্ত হও এবং কমেন্ট বক্সে দেওয়া ফর্মটি সঠিকভাবে পূরণ করে নিজেদের Mentor এর কাছে খুব তাড়াতাড়ি জমা করো। এই ফর্ম জমা করা বাধ্যতামূলক এবং কলেজ কর্তৃপক্ষ পূরণ করা ফর্মের তথ্যগুলি কেবলমাত্র ছাত্রছাত্রীদের সর্বাঙ্গীণ বিকাশের স্বার্থে বিবেচনা করবে।
Dear 2nd-semester students,
Islampur College has recently launched a "Mentorship Programme" to enhance the academic standards of its students. Under this initiative, every 2nd-semester student is assigned to a faculty member (Mentor) from whom they can receive regular guidance regarding their studies. In this arrangement, the teacher acts as the "Mentor," and the student acts as the "Mentee." Through this program, the college authorities aim to establish continuous communication with every student and are committed to fostering their academic improvement and overall development. To facilitate this, the college has already created and enrolled students in specific WhatsApp groups assigned to their respective mentors. Consequently, all 2nd-semester students are currently part of a WhatsApp group under a designated mentor. If any 2nd-semester student has not yet joined a "Mentor-Mentee" WhatsApp group or does not know who their mentor is, please find out your mentor's name as soon as possible via the "Student Log In" https://www.icportal.in/collegesoftware/ facility on the college's official website, islampurcollege.ac.in. or Contact "Enquiry Counter" during office hours. Once you know your mentor's name, contact that teacher to join the specific WhatsApp group; additionally, correctly fill out the form provided in the comment section and submit it to your mentor promptly. Submission of this form is mandatory, and the college authorities will use the information provided solely for the purpose of the students' holistic development.
