*Mr. Pinaki Nandan Pattnaik
He had spent considerable amount of time at startup schools. He was a founding faculty of KIIT Law School, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar; National Law University, Odisha and in mid-2013 joined as Head, Centre for Management Studies at NALSAR University of Law to lead a novel venture of India’s premier law school. Before coming back to India he had a 2 year stint at Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology, Canada as a professor and has advised and participated in several pre-business entrepreneurial initiatives.
* Mr.Rishindra Vikram Singh
Mr. Rishindra Vikram Singh, Associate Advocate at Legacy Law Offices, graduated in B.A., LL.B Hons. with specialization in Energy Laws from School of Law, University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun. He also completed Summer Course in International Law from The Indian Society of International Law and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh.
* Mr. Jonathan Rodrigues
Mr. Jonathan is the co-founder and partner at The PACT. He serves as a continental advisor with the SCMA (London) and was a former advisor to the World Mediation Organisation (Berlin). He is also a member of the Young Mediators Initiative (YMI, Hague). Jonathan Rodrigues is a certified civil and commercial mediator listed with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) for the western region, under the aegis of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (Govt. of India). He is an accredited and empaneled mediator with the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM). He is trained and certified in cross-border disputes at the Prague Summer Mediation Academy, held at Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic.

* Sir.Balakista Reddy
An internationally recognized expert in Air and Space Law, International Law, SAARC Law and also pioneer of International Trade and Business law Prof. (Dr.) V. Balakista Reddy obtained his Masters in Law (LL.M) in International Law from Osmania University, Hyderabad, M. Phil. and Ph.D. in International Air and Space Law from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. Having more than 14 years of Teaching and Research experience his contribution to the International legal regime is unmatchable.
* Mr. Abhijeet Shinde
Principal Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice at the Mumbai office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Abhijeet's primary areas of focus are commercial litigation, arbitration and criminal litigation. He has represented various Indian and multinational clients in intricate corporate and commercial disputes before State Regulators, Appellate Tribunal, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
* Mr. Ananya Pratap Singh
Mr. Ananya is currently engaged with CSL Chambers, Delhi as an Associate. He was called to the Bar Council of India in 2017 and to the Bar Council of Delhi, India in 2016. He was awarded the Member grade by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators in 2018. He has also pursued and passed the Fellowship Assessment Course Examination organised by the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators in 2018. His areas of practice include advising primarily in the areas of international commercial arbitration, international dispute settlement, adjudication, security & insolvency law, and commercial contracts.

2) ARBITRATION IN INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT
DISPUTES - BILATERAL INVESTMENT
*MR. Sahil Kanuga
Mr. Sahil Kanuga, Co-head, International Dispute Resolution and Investigations Practice at Nish*th Desai Associates, Mumbai, will be making the keynote address on the topic “Evolution of Commercial Dispute Resolution in India”, at the 1st International Conference on Alternative Dispute Resolution on 15th June, 2019.
He will also be chairing the conference session on the theme : National Courts and International Arbitration”
Mr. Kanuga has also served as the Secretary of the Western India Users’ Council of LCIA India and is an office bearer with the Indian Arbitration Forum. He has worked on an array of matters, including Indian and international arbitrations, and has authored several legal articles which have been published in reputed journals.
*Mr. Anish Wadia
Mr. Anish Wadia is an experienced independent international arbitrator and lawyer with full rights of audience before courts in India, England and Wales, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC). At present, he serves as a Board Member of the Chinese European Arbitration Association in Hamburg, Vice President of the Society of Construction Law, U.K. (SCL, India), a Council Member of both the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb) and the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb), Governing Council Member of the Hyderabad Arbitration Centre (HAC) and a Board Member on the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, U.K. (CIArb)’s global Examination Board. He is also a CIArb Regional Pathway Leader (RPL; an elite distinction held by only about 20 individuals in the world - a tutor’s tutor) and an Approved Faculty List (AFL) Course Director, Assessor and Tutor for all CIArb courses/trainings in International and Domestic Arbitration. He is also a Certified Educator in International Arbitration by Prime Dispute, U.K. Mr. Wadia previously served on inter alia the ICC Commission on Arbitration & ADR (Paris) and the ICC India Executive Committee.
He is admitted on the Panel of Arbitrators of more than 40 (forty) arbitration institutes across the globe including in Europe, Africa, China, America, Asia, Ukraine and Russia, and is regularly appointed as an Arbitrator in a broad spectrum of disputes. He has also acted as an expert witness on Indian law for proceedings in England.
Mr. Wadia will be speaking on the topic "The pathway towards International Arbitration in India"

*Mr. Varun Khare
Mr. Varun Khare Completed His Graduation from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur and served as the Deputy Secretary General of First International MUN Conference of Chattisgarh, HNLU- IMUNC-2016, and also served as the Secretary General of HNLU-IMUNC-2017 and is now currently working as Legal Assistant at Law & Legislative Affairs Department, Government of Chhattisgarh.

1. The Role of National Courts in International Commercial Arbitration.
1) Mr. Ajay Thomas
Mr Thomas is an independent arbitrator and advocate based in New Delhi, India. From 2009-2016, he was Director and Registrar with the Indian subsidiary of the London Court of International Arbitration, also a member of the LCIA India Board of Directors.
Prior to joining LCIA India, Mr Thomas was a Counsel with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. In addition to supervising the administration of arbitrations, Mr Thomas was the Head of the South Asia desk of the SIAC. He also served as Assistant Counsel with the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration.
President of the ICC Court Alexis Mourre said: “Ajay will bring his profound knowledge of the Indian arbitration community to help us further develop our presence in India. We are privileged that he accepted to take that position.”
2) Mr. Anchit Oswal
He completed his graduation from National Law Institute University, Bhopal and then started working as an associate in Khaitan & Co. and gradually became a senior associate in the same, and now currently working as a Principal Associate.
3) Mr. Ratan Singh, Chambers of Ratan K. Singh; Associated Partner of the Conference.
Director, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (India) and Chairman, Society of Construction Law, UK (India). A keynote speaker of the conference, he will also be chairing the conference session on the theme: Role of National Courts in International Arbitration.
Mr. Singh sits as arbitrator and has either chaired or participated as tribunal member or counsel in various domestic and international arbitrations.
He is a regular speaker at various events organized by the Permanent Court of Arbitration, ICC and the Nani Palkhiwala Arbitration Centre. He is also on the editorial board of the law reporter: Recent Arbitration Judgments (RAJ)
