Banana choco chip muffin recipe
Ingredients:
Oil-500ml
Yogurt - 40-50gms
Castor Sugar - 80grms
Milk -50ml
Vanila essence - 1tsp
Banana - 2 (riped)
For dry ingredients:
All purpose floor - 140gms
Baking soda -1/2 tsp
Baking powder -1.5 tsp
Cinnamon powder (optional) -1.5 tsp
Chocochips -1/2 cup

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl peel banana and mesh it.
2. In a bowl add oil,milk and vanila essence and mix properly
3. Now add oil mixture in a meshed banana also add yogurt and castor sugar and mix well.
4. Now take sieve and add all the dry ingredients except choco chip
5. Sieve them all and mix in a wet ingredients properly
6. Now add choco chip and mix it gently
7. Take a muffin mould put the muffin cups and pour the mixture
8. At the top add some walnut if you want
9. Bake it at 180°c for 15 mins then check it once with a toothpick if toothpick comes wet then again bake for 5 min.
And your banana choco chip muffins are ready .enjoy
