Day 2 of Atharva 2K26 brought pure energy, creativity, and competition!
From thrilling cricket matches to vibrant face painting, innovative best out of waste, creative model making, and exciting technical games — the spirit was unstoppable! Talent, teamwork, and creativity at their peak — and we’re just getting started!

A grand inauguration of Atharva 2K26 in the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Chief Guest Shri Santosh Kumar Singh, Commissioner of Police, Indore.

Adding to the joy of the celebrations, the day also marked the birthday of our Hon’ble Chancellor, Shri Praveen Thakral making the occasion even more special and memorable.

The occasion was graced by Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Dhruva Ghai, Hon’ble Chief Managing Director Prof. (Dr.) Garima Ghai, and Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Amol Gore, along with the enthusiastic presence of dignitaries, faculty members and students.

The day featured a vibrant inaugural ceremony, an impressive parade, and energetic cricket moments on the field—marking a powerful start to the fest. Day 1 (27 April) was filled with excitement, participation, and unforgettable experiences.

The Department of Civil Engineering, Oriental University, Indore successfully conducted an Industrial Visit on Live Ongoing Bridge Construction Site at " ICC Infra Project India Pvt. Ltd." on 22nd April 2026.

The Students focused on piling work provided with practical exposure to foundation engineering. The site engineers explained different types of piles, equipment used, and the step-by-step piling process, including boring, reinforcement placement, and concrete pouring. Students observed machinery like pile rigs and understood challenges such as soil conditions and groundwater.

The Faculty of Law, Oriental University, Indore proudly marks the successful conclusion of its Five-Day Online FDP on “Academia in the Era of Technology: Exploring Emerging Technologies and Their Regulatory Dimensions.”

From engaging expert lectures to thought-provoking discussions, the programme provided a dynamic platform to explore the future of education and law in a technology-driven world.
