IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR SCHOOL STUDENTS SEEKING ADMISSION TO CLASS – XI
FOR THE SESSION : 2012-2013

After the CBSE Class-X Exam results are declared an application (subject) form will be provided by the School Office on June 4, 2012 (Monday) between 8.30 to 11.30 a.m. which has to be filled in by our Class-XI students for re-admission of subject group.

Those students who do not fill in this application form will not be permitted to sit in Class-XI.

After filling up of the subject/application form, a Counseling Session will be held for the students accompanied by their parent(s) in the Principal’s Office on the following dates:–

4th & 5th June, 2012 – For PCM group
6th & 7th June, 2012 – For Commerce & Bio group

Timings : 08.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS
FROM OTHER SCHOOLS PROMOTED TO CLASS – XI
DURING THE SESSION : 2012-2013

Kindly note the procedure for admission in Class - XI, as given below:-

I Registration Formalities:
The Registration Form will be available from the date of declaration of the Class-X Board Exam results upto June 2, 2012 from the School’s administrative office. You can collect the form after paying Rs.150/- only and submit the same duly complete in all respects from 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. at the School’s office.
Registration Form should not be taken outside the school premises.
A Xerox Copy of the student’s Class-X computerized mark sheet has to be attached with the Registration Form.

II An Aptitude Test will be held for the students on June 5, 2012 (Tuesday) from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. sharp.

Syllabus for the Aptitude Test
For PCM / PCB – General Maths, Science, English
For Commerce – General Maths, General English, Economics

Note: The syllabus of the Aptitude Test will be based on the course of Class-X.

After the Aptitude Test is over, a Counseling Session will be held for the students accompanied by their parent(s) between 10.15 a.m. to 12.15 p.m. in the Principal’s Office on the same day.


III Result of the Aptitude Test
The Result will be displayed on the school’s Notice Board on June 07, 2012 (Thursday) at 8.30 a.m.

IV Admission Formalities:
An Admission Form has to be filled in and submitted on 8th or 9th June, 2012 at the fee counter after getting it duly signed by the Principal.
Admission will be confirmed only after payment of the First Instalment of Fees. Those failing to take admission on these dates will forfeit their seat.
