Today under the banner of IIC Cell, IMI Professional Studies has organised a session on *Prototype Validation - converting innovation into a Startup* in association with MOE's Innovation Council and Institution's Innovation Council.
The Session was successfully led and guided by Our Guest Speaker *Dr Daneil C* (Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Hindustan Institute technology and Science, Chennai).The event was moderated by Dr. Parul Sharda ma'am.

The session has been really interactive and motivating with full of learnings.

Session on “Prototype/Process & Design Development successfully executed under the banner of Institutions Innovation Council of IMI Professional Studies. Students got to learn about Prototype Design and it’s process . Various examples were discussed to make the session easier for students understanding. Dr Anuj Kumar Goel-Professor, Chandigarh University Punjab has amazingly explained the nuances of Prototyping, it’s patent and implementation. Session was attended virtually by students and faculties . Coordinator and IIC President- Dr Parul Sharda coordinated the event and extended vote of thanks to the session expert.

Today on the occasion of World Intellectual Property Day, has organised an expert session on “Different Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights” under the banner of Institutions Innovation Council ( Ministry of Education Initiative) and Entrepreneurship Cell of the institute, wherein students and faculties got to know about the different like Copyright, Patents , Trademarks, Industrial Design and Geographical Indications . Expert Dr Utkal Kushwah has given various details related to law and protection of IPR. Overall it was a thought provoking session which solved many queries of students related to intellectual property rights. The session was moderated by Ms. Chanchal Mishra.
