INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION – 2026
Radiant International School celebrated the 80th Independence Day of India with great enthusiasm, patriotism, and pride on 14th August 2026. The entire campus was beautifully decorated in the tricolour theme, creating a vibrant patriotic atmosphere. The specially designed selfie point and other Independence Day decorations added to the festive spirit. The students, teachers, and parents also dressed according to the theme, making the entire celebration colourful and memorable.
The celebration began with the auspicious Saraswati Pujan and Bharat Mata Pujan, seeking blessings for knowledge, wisdom, and the nation. This was followed by the flag hoisting ceremony, conducted by the Director Sir & Principal Ma'am along with the Chief Guest, Mrs. Poonam Thakur. The unfurling of the National Flag was followed by the National Anthem, filling the entire campus with a deep sense of patriotism.
The students of Playgroup to Class 3, along with their class teachers, then participated in a special Grand Assembly. The young learners presented a beautiful rendition of “Vande Mataram.” Every student participated with great enthusiasm and confidence. Their synchronized singing and heartfelt expressions reflected the dedication and practice that had gone into preparing for the occasion. The Grand Assembly was a beautiful and inspiring beginning to the celebrations.
After the assembly, the parents gathered in the hall, where the main programme commenced with a warm welcome address. The gathering was graced by the presence of the Director Sir, Principal Ma’am and the Chief Guest. The Chief Guest was warmly welcomed and felicitated with a momento as a small token of gratitude, adding a special significance to the occasion.
