🌟 “Red is the colour of love, energy, joy, and little happy hearts!” ❤️🌹
🌟Today, the Pre-Primary Wing of Tirathbai Kalachand School celebrated Red Colour Day with great joy, enthusiasm, and excitement.🌟
🤹 The little learners looked absolutely adorable in their bright red outfits, filling the school with energy and happiness. 🧑‍🏫 Teachers engaged the 👯 children in fun and interactive learning activities where they explored and identified different red-coloured objects, participated in colouring activities, and enjoyed lively dance 💃🕺 activities based on the theme of the day.
🍎🍓 Children were also shown various red-coloured fruits, flowers, and familiar objects and were asked questions related to the colour red. These activities encouraged their observation, identification, vocabulary, curiosity, and understanding of colours. 🌹❤️
💐 The entire school was beautifully decorated with red-themed items, creating a vibrant, cheerful, and playful atmosphere. It was a delightful day filled with smiles, creativity, joyful learning, and colourful exploration! ❤️🎨🌹🍎

🌟 Extending Compassion Beyond the Classroom 🤝
Under the joint initiative of the SEWA Club and SIC, and in keeping with the institution’s commitment to community service and social responsibility, our students of Classes IX to XII participated in a meaningful community outreach activity in collaboration with the Robin Hood Army (RHA).
Accompanied by their mentors Mr Vipul Trivedi, Mr Deepak Jain, Ms Prachi Lele and Ms Heena Lokwani, the students visited a colony of underprivileged families and participated in the distribution of dry ration. Mr Amit Trivedi, Coordinator, Robin Hood Army, along with school alumnus Mr Pawandeep Singh Saini, a member of the RHA, and other RHA volunteers, guided the students in the door-to-door distribution of tokens to families in need.
The learners actively participated in distributing rice, pulses and spices, experiencing first-hand the realities faced by families struggling to meet their basic food requirements. Witnessing people patiently waiting in long queues for essential food supplies helped the students develop a deeper sense of empathy 💛, gratitude 🙏 and social responsibility.
The experience went beyond simply distributing food; it became a valuable lesson in compassionate citizenship 🤝 and responsible living. The students resolved to discourage food wastage during ceremonies and festivals and to inspire people in their surroundings to contribute surplus food and resources towards such initiatives. Through these small yet meaningful actions, they expressed their desire to contribute towards the vision of making Indore a Hunger-Free Zone.
Appreciating the enthusiastic participation and voluntary efforts of the students, Principal Mrs Ashwini Sajapurkar commended their spirit of service and encouraged them to continue transforming empathy into meaningful action.

🇮🇳 Celebrating the Spirit of Freedom: TKS Marks 80th Independence Day 🇮🇳
Tirathbai Kalachand School celebrated the 80th Independence Day with immense pride, patriotic fervour and a deep sense of national unity. The celebration was graced by Mr. Sandeep Rathore, the sixth senior-most member of the Supporting Staff, as the Guest of Honour. He had the honour of hoisting the National Tricolour, filling the atmosphere with pride and patriotic spirit. The occasion was further enriched by the presence of the school’s esteemed alumni.
The short yet vibrant cultural programme further enhanced the patriotic spirit of the celebration. A soulful patriotic song resonated with love for the motherland, while an energetic patriotic dance beautifully portrayed the courage, unity and indomitable spirit of India. The spellbinding Yoga performance, marked by energetic and synchronised movements, reflected discipline, strength and inner harmony.
A fiery speech by Abhishek Wadhwani and a scintillating patriotic poem by Shri Patidar further stirred patriotic emotions and inspired everyone to value the freedom we cherish.
The celebration concluded with the Vote of Thanks by the Principal Mrs. Ashwini Sajapurkar, expressing gratitude to the Guest of Honour, alumni, teachers, students and everyone who contributed to the success of the programme. The occasion came to a sweet close with the distribution of sweets to all.
The celebration served as a heartfelt reminder that freedom is not merely a right but also a responsibility to build a united, compassionate and progressive nation.

The students of Nursery to KG-2 participated enthusiastically in the Flag Making Activity. The children made the Indian National Flag using coloured paper by tearing, cutting and pasting. They arranged the saffron, white and green papers in the correct order and added the Ashoka Chakra. The activity helped children develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, creativity and an understanding of the National Flag. The students enjoyed the activity and proudly. Students enjoyed alot.

The Primary Wing of Tirathbai Kalachand School celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm, patriotic spirit, and joy, creating a memorable and meaningful experience for our young learners. 🇮🇳✨ The celebration brought together the Primary students and teachers to honour the spirit of freedom and remember the sacrifices of our brave freedom fighters. 🙏🇮🇳
The programme began with a soulful rendition of “Vande Mataram” 🎶🇮🇳, filling the atmosphere with pride and love for our nation. This was followed by an inspiring Independence Day speech 🎤, which highlighted the importance of freedom, unity, responsibility, and being a good citizen. 🤝✨
Adding to the patriotic spirit, the young learners presented a beautiful patriotic poem 📜❤️ and a lively patriotic song 🎶🇮🇳, expressing their love and respect for the nation through their voices and performances. The celebration concluded with an energetic patriotic dance 💃🇮🇳, filling the gathering with joy, enthusiasm, and patriotic fervour. ✨

*A Celebration of Freedom, Pride and Patriotism*

The Pre-Primary Wing of Tirathbai Kalachand School celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. 🇮🇳✨

The young learners were introduced to the significance of Independence Day and were told about the sacrifices and struggles of the brave heroes of our nation who fought for India’s freedom. The children also learnt about our National Flag, the Tiranga, and the significance of its three colours — saffron, white and green, along with the Ashoka Chakra.

The celebration came alive with joyful and energetic performances by our little ones. The children presented beautiful patriotic dances and enthusiastically participated in the programme. A heartfelt poem, “Nanha Munna Rahi Hoon,” was also presented, filling the atmosphere with innocence and patriotism. 🇮🇳❤️

The teachers added to the patriotic spirit by presenting a soulful patriotic song. The enthusiasm and active participation of all the children made the celebration truly memorable.

It was a joyful and meaningful celebration that helped our young learners understand the values of freedom, unity, love for our country and respect for our national symbols.

Fire Safety Awareness Session

School Name: Tirathbai Kalachand School
Classes: Nursery to KG-2
Date: 22 July 2026 to 12 August 2026

A Fire Safety Awareness Sessions were conducted for the students of Nursery to KG-2. Each teacher conducted the session in her respective class and introduced children to basic fire safety rules and precautions.

The children learned how to stay safe during a fire emergency, the importance of informing an adult, and not playing with matches, lighters or electrical objects. Teachers also used fire safety posters and visual aids to introduce children to firefighters, fire brigades, fire extinguishers and other fire safety-related objects.

The children participated with great interest, enthusiasm and curiosity. The session helped them develop basic fire safety awareness and understand the importance of staying calm and following safety instructions during an emergency.

Overall, the session was an interactive, informative and meaningful learning experience for all the children.
