So, why we think ki weight-loss ki process bas shuru ho aur ekdam se weight kam ho jaye. This process is not so easy, it also needs multiple retakes. You can’t believe as a coach mujhe bhi apni weight-loss journey main bahut retakes lene pade hain. Kyunki jo weight humne kaafi saalon main ya mahino main gain kiya hai, hum kyu expect karte hain ki hum kuch dino main hi kam kar lein. Har process ko complete hone main thoda tym lagta hai. So we need to wait and have some patience while following Weight-loss process too. Agar abhi nahin hua koi bat nahin, don’t get disappointed, ek chota sa break lijiye fir process ko resume kariye, apne mentor se ya apne coach se bat kariye because jis process main aap hain shayad uss process se woh guzar chuke ho toh apki jyada acche se help kar paayenge cheezon ko better karne main, cheezon ko cope up karne main.
So, i just wanted to say ki agar aap weight-loss karna chahte hain aur apko bhi aisa feel hota hai ki mujhe toh hawa bhi lag jaati hai🙄

This is how my clients enjoy their Weightloss Meals.
Things we keep in our mind while planning a program.
1. Meals quantity must be sufficient. So that kisiko weightloss main bhookha na rehna pade.
2. Har food item meal plan main added ho jisse koi bhi food group life se miss na ho aur har cuisine ko enjoy kar payein.
3. Balance is key. So that kabhi aap kisi occasion mai hain toh you must know how to balance things so that process bhi disturb na ho aur koi occasion bhi miss na ho.
4. Tracking is important. Jab apki tracking hoti hai toh saari cheezein systematic or disciplined rehti hain. So we ask our clients to send every meal pic for tracking purposes.
