How did we provide senior engineers and mobile engineers with a fantastic corporate training & made it enjoyable rather than boring sessions?

A wonderful organisation recently asked me to train its existing Mobile engineers inย ย development standards and best practises thoughย Vidhya Skill School.
They stated that they would be working simultaneously, and while we wanted to give our end users a top-notch experience, we preferred to train our current engineers rather to bring in new ones at this time.
I said, "Let's do it," and we started a fascinating two-month program that where i was the direct Instructor & Mentor & the program includes the following.

It was great that we were able to develop an incredible result from thatย ย training programme and that we had discovered something intriguing.

At our Vidhya Skill School 's Office season. A select group of engineers have been asked to collaborate on offline skilling.
With time, we came to understand that since everyone learns at a different rate, we need to spend a lot of time with each person.
Therefore, we initiated a few incredible events in which each of our mentors taught a different person a particular talent before that person engaged in cross-skilling with others.
This simple idea not only saved a lot of time, but also gave everyone the chance to ask questions about the subject beyond just learning because they needed to impart the same knowledge to others as well.
Everyone began asking a lot of questions, and the outcome is astounding since people are now much more familiar with technical concepts and actual ex*****on (Thanks to our Lean Approach towards assignments)
We had no idea what Harsh, Rishabh, Ankit & Shubham showed us, and this turned out to be an incredible aspect of our adventure.
Moral: Start teaching others and you'll witness the magic if you're serious about becoming a pro.

Yesterday we hosted a session on improving our for working processional & new engineers at Vidhya Skill School by Dr. Surabhi Jain.
She shared few pointer & case studies which helps every individual to fight with & . We discussed a lot of problems such as

It's great to hear & understand a lot of thing. Since that session was very helpful for myself too.

When one of our last batch's engineers, Akash Singh Kushwaha .knightakash recommended Shubham Dubey to me, we first met him.
After Shubham joined us at Vidhya Skill School & later our offline school in too, we had a terrific time together as we worked to develop our skills and find employment. After that, he quit his work, gave his preparation his all, and underwent a lot.
The person who kept in touch with him and inspired him to have confidence in himself was Akash. He was able to succeed because to his tireless efforts, perseverance, and hard work.
Kudos to Shubham for nailing this and thanks to Akash for your fantastic support. You truly are an inspiration to me, and we are all very proud of you. Continue to develop and soar
