The farewell ceremony of Prof. Kumudini Devi held on December 30, 2020. Prof. Kumudini started her career as a Sister Tutor in 1978 and had a service record of 42 years. Prof. Kumudini and her team took a pivotal role in the upgradation of the School of GNM, Medical Directorate to College of Nursing, Medical Directorate (CONMD). In 2012, she became the first principal of CONMD and held the position till her retirement on October 31st, 2020. Under her able leadership, CONMD became an elite institute in the nation producing toppers in BSc Nursing and MSc nursing. Release of 3rd edition of the Shirui Lily Magazine!

The first Institutional Ethics Committee Meeting of the Lamphelpat held on 24th June 2020 with Dr. K. Rajo Singh, Director of Health Services, Government of Manipur, as Chairperson of the Committee. On this occasion, Dr. Rajo Singh released the third edition of the Shirui Lily Magzine 2019-20.
Prof. M. Kumudini Devi, Principal, ; Dr. L. Somorendra Singh, Dy. Director (Trg.) and Kh. Babulinda Singh, Legal Officer of the Medical Directorate were also present during the release of the magazine.

Manipur nurses to undergo advanced training in Japan Twelve nurses from Manipur have been selected for a three-year internship programme of advanced healthcare skills in Japan.
