A two-day national seminar on "Folk Narratives on North East Indian Culture, Tradition and Literature" was successfully held in Imphal from March 22nd to 23rd, 2024. The event was jointly organized by the All Manipur College Teacher Association (AMCTA) and Oriental College Autonomous. The seminar addressed the challenges faced by the Northeast region, particularly those related to communalism and inter-community tensions, through the lens of folk narratives.
