A CONDOLENCE MEETING was held on 4th August, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. at meeting hall, top floor of the council office, All the employees of the council of higher Secondary Education Manipur observed a 2 min silent in connection with the sudden and untimely demise of shri Ph. Mantri Singh, Member of the Council.
