Inter House Junior and Senior Volleyball Championship concludes today The Inter-House Volleyball Championship both Junior and Senior for the session 2024-25 was concluded today. The cadets has poured their heart and soul out in the matches. The final match for the Junior Division was played between Raman and Tagore House. Both teams performed exceptionally well and efforts and hardwork that they had put could be seen vividly. Tagore House emerged as the champion by wining the first two sets. As for Seniors, it was a tough match as all the players played with utmost enthusiasm and absolute forces. Tagore House and Netaji House were the two teams which played the final match. It was a tough match and both the teams gave their best. Netajians emerged the Champion. Col A Rijiv, Principal Sainik school imphal distributed the medals and trophy and appreciated all the staff and cadets for showing the best of their sportsmanship.

The Inter-House Senior Football Championship 2024-25 of Sainik School Imphal concluded on 21 Nov 2024. The final match was played between the cadets of Shivaji and Raman House. The cadets toughened themselves up and competed neck to neck as they strode and propelled with the football. The vying teams put up a great show with cadets of Shivaji House emerging as Champion team by securing 3-1 goals. The spectators were kept spellbound as the performance of the cadets reflected their unwavering enthusiasm and enthusiasm amidst the heavy rainfall during the second half of the match.

Shri Laishram Samritya Singh, Asst Director, Khelo India the Chief Guest of the Championship. He appreciated the impassable spirit of both the teams and their stellar performance. Col A Rajiv, Principal of the school expresses his gratitude to the Chief Guest and dignitaries for sparing their valuable time for the championship despite their hectic schedule.

It was a day filled with excitement and adrenaline as we witnessed the Inter-House Football Championship 2024-25 final matches for both Girls and Junior Boys. The entire staff and cadets of SSI gathered to support and cheer on the talented players from all teams. It was a sight to behold as the players showcased their skills and determination on the field.
The girls' match displayed strength, agility, and teamwork. Seeing these young girls give their all and play with such passion was inspiring. On the other hand, the junior boys' match was a thrilling and fast-paced game, with each team showcasing their strategic moves and impressive footwork. Shivaji House became the champion by defeating the Netaji House (4-1).
We are proud to say that all the players exhibited the best of their talents and represented their teams with great sportsmanship.

The poem recitation competition for junior and senior cadets in Hindi, English, and Manipuri was well-attended by all of the cadets and staff. The competition was organised with the goal of ensuring that cadets can express themselves creatively. They had been trained in speech mastery, self-expression, and public speaking by their respective housemasters and teachers.

A felicitation program was also conducted today to value and acknowledge the enthusiasm of the cadets who took part in various competitions under the banner "SWACHATA HI SEVA"

M/S SS Career Solutions Imphal, a prominent agency in Imphal, conducted a career guidance program at Sainik School Imphal. The session was attended by cadets from Classes X, XI, and XII. An excellent initiative to give students a broader understanding of job options.

Moments from “A day with Coy Cdr”. It was a great success. The Indian Army hosted 30 cadets and staff members at Sendra, Moirang and Bisenpur. It provided our cadets with an excellent chance to familiarise themselves with the way of the Indian Army.

Cleanliness drive in the surrounding areas/village of School campus as a part of Swachata Hi Seva observation.

As part of the SWACHATA HI SEVA campaign, a cleanliness drive was conducted on campus (academic block, roadsides, and dormitory areas). Our eager cadets and staff participated, making the program a success.

Launched in 2019, Jal Shakti Abhiyan is a program under the Jal Shakti Ministry. This year's theme for the scheme is Catch the Rain. With focused interventions, this large-scale effort seeks to mobilize people across the country to address the shortage of water. Our fraternity at Sainik School Imphal participated in the campaign by raising awareness of essay, poem, and model-making writing.
