In order to get ADMISSION in IIT one must plan as early as possible like in other Indian states where students start their preparation since class VI.

If one couldn't able to prepare from class VI at least start your preparation from class IX. Even that too if you aren't making your spear, one last point is class XI.

In Manipur students start preparation for IIT or MEDICAL after class XII. It is too late to start preparation for these prestigious entrance exams.
