We like to punch above our weight class...
Manipur, a small state in North East India with a population of around 33 Lakhs is a tiny part of the 147.7 Crore Indian population. That is a ratio of 1:445. Manipur's contribution to sports and culture is massively disproportionate to its size is a well known fact.
Now, Guardians Defence Academy, Imphal, a small coaching institute from this small state, is creating ripples with its amazing success story!
Statistically, Manipur should contribute roughly One (01) candidate to NDA every batch as there are 406 seats for NDA all india, and this was the case for most of the past.
I am happy to inform that Guardians Defence Academy Imphal has changed that trend and Manipur now sends on an average four to six boys every batch into the NDA and almost 100% are students of this academy.
The major success stories of the Academy are from the prestigious Sainik School Imphal but that is slowly being challenged by excellent students from private schools around Imphal also.
In the future, our aim is to motivate and train more and more youth from Manipur and entire North East India to join the Indian Armed Forces as Officers and soldiers.
