Position Overview:

The Lead Generation Executive will play a critical role in identifying
and generating high-quality leads for our B2B sales team. This role
involves researching to identify potential business clients, utilizing
various lead-generation tools, and engaging with prospects to build
and nurture relationships. The ideal candidate will be
detail-oriented, proactive, and have a strong understanding of B2B
sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify
potential leads within target industries.

Data Management: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM
system to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Outreach: Utilize email, phone, and social media platforms to reach
out to potential leads and introduce our company’s offerings.

Engagement: Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their
needs and position our solutions effectively.

Reporting: Track and report on lead generation metrics, including
conversion rates and pipeline status.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to
align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor
activities to refine lead generation approaches.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales
preferred.

Skills: Strong research and analytical skills, proficiency in CRM
systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and excellent communication
skills.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
field is preferred.
