-Recent passport-size photograph (JPEG/JPG, maximum 1 MB)
-Valid ID proof (JPEG/JPG/PDF, maximum 500 KB)

👉Submission of more than one application (duplicate applications) will result in cancellation of the application.

📢 Guidelines for Online Admission 2026 – King Sejong Institute, Imphal

Please read the following instructions carefully before applying:

1. Online Application:
• Fill out the application form by scanning the QR code on this post.
• The application link will remain open until 25 July 2026.

2. Documents Required:
Please prepare the following documents before filling out the online application.

• Previous Level Completion Certificate (Levels 2–8) in JPEG/JPG/PDF format (maximum 500 KB)

• Recent passport-size photograph in JPEG/JPG format (maximum 1 MB)

• Valid ID Proof in JPEG/JPG/PDF format (maximum 500 KB)

⚠️ Please ensure that your mobile number and email address are entered correctly, as all communication will be sent through them. Applicants who submit duplicate applications will have their applications cancelled.

3. Level Test
• The level test schedule will be shared via WhatsApp.

• The test will be conducted online through Zoom.

• Applicants must have the Zoom app installed on their mobile phone or laptop.

• Failure to attend the scheduled level test will result in disqualification from the admission process.

4. Result Announcement
• Results will be communicated via email or WhatsApp after the level test.
