The event was started traditionally with a prayer song.An informative guest lecturer by Dr.Afshan Jabeen, speaking about Substance use & Abuse , Nutritional Disorders in Adoloscents, Use and Misuse of Social media.
She patiently interacted with students, shared information and cleared their doubts. A lecture becomes more interesting when someone explains you with their real life experiences as Dr.Afshan Jabeen did today with all the psychology students.

Left Handed People, though seem to be common, actually comprise just 10% of the whole worlds population. On the International Left Handers Day, August 13th,The Students of Psychology took up an initiative to spread awareness on the day to day difficulties and disadvantages that these few members of the society face, an Activity comprising of events that left-handed and right-handed people do very commonly was conducted for all the 3 Years of the Department of B.A. This Activity helped raise awareness on how different yet alike the two types of people are. Many students expressed their awe at how mentally strong and capable left-handers are and how they have realised the difficulties they face in day-to-day life.
