The presentation beautifully showcased the royal court of Krishnadevaraya as a centre of literature, wisdom, and culture. Through the enactment, students portrayed how the eight renowned scholars, known as the Ashtadiggajas, used their unique talents to help a young poet complete his unfinished poem.
From guidance and creativity to humour, language, and moral depth, each character reflected the importance of collaboration and shared knowledge. The performance concluded with the king appreciating the scholars for their unity and wisdom.
The activity was a wonderful blend of learning and creativity, helping students understand history in an interactive and memorable way.

“Mathematics builds confidence to handle large numbers.” To explore the concept of Large numbers in Grade V , Concentric circles were drawn on the floor. Small coins were placed inside them. Each circle represented a place value such as ones, tens, and hundreds.
Students were asked to pick and arrange the objects in different circles to form numbers. They then observed how changing the position of the objects changes the value of the number. After forming the number on the floor students wrote it on the board to connect practical learning with written work.
This play-way method made learning enjoyable and helped students understand place value, number formation, and counting in a clear and engaging manner. It also encouraged participation, teamwork, and better retention of concepts.
