Our 41-strong PGDM Batch-33 squad, guided by Dr. Padmaja Nalluri & Dr. Subramani K(who wowed UCSI MBA students with a guest lecture), crushed sessions on strategic thinking, SWOT/PESTLE analysis, design thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy, Business Model Canvas, and an epic Innovation Challenge—walking away with awards!
Which also included industrial and social visits to Industry visits to Bio Tree Biotechnology (Melaka) & Eciatto, cultural vibes, and a stellar certificate ceremony—dining sorted perfectly by the end!

Day 2 of the International Conference featured insightful paper presentations showcasing diverse research perspectives.
Mr. Yugandhar moderated a panel discussion on “Policy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies,” with expert speakers Dr. Radhika, Ms. Rashi Srivastava and Dr. Zahooruddin sharing valuable insights.
The conference concluded with a Valedictory Session led by Chief Guest Prof. I.M. Pandey, former Director of IIM Ahmedabad along with Guest of Honor Dr. S. Ananda Reddy.
Certificates were presented to all contributing authors, marking the successful closure of the conference.

VJIM successfully conducted the 8th International Conference on Emerging Business Models (ICEBM 2026) on 31st March – 1st April, under the guidance of our director Dr. Bharat Bhusan Singh and with the convenorship of Dr. V. V. Madhav. The inaugural session was graced by Dr. Mary Rose, Associate Dean & Research Coordinator, Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand, who delivered the keynote address as chief guest.
The plenary session featured distinguished speakers: Mr. GVS Naidu, Commercial Lead South, Bayer Crop Science, Hyderabad, Telangana, India; Dr. Ranadheer, Special Degree Program Office, Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand; and Dr. Ravi Chandran, Professor, CMS Business School, Bangalore. They shared insights on “Global Shifts in Business Education: Preparing Leaders for 2030.”
The inaugural concluded with an engaging seminar by Dr. Mary Rose on “Writing for Publication: Navigating the Editorial Process with Academic Integrity." With inspiring thought leadership and collaborative dialogue, ICEBM 2026 marked a milestone in shaping the future of business education.

We are pleased to share that Dr. K. Subramani, Sr. Assistant Professor – Operations, has published his research paper titled “Making Experiences Memorable: The Mediating Role of Experience Intensifiers and Components of Memory” in the SCMS Journal of Indian Management (Scopus Indexed & UGC Approved).
His work offers meaningful insights into how experiences are shaped, perceived and remembered, adding depth to the understanding of experiential and behavioral aspects in management.
It is always encouraging to see such thoughtful research being recognized on reputed academic platforms.

Narrowly missing the top three positions, they exemplified the excellence of VJIM's educational programs and mentorship. Your exceptional talent, commitment, and pioneering spirit have secured this prestigious honor—we're immensely proud of your remarkable achievement.

We are proud to share that Dr. Srijanani Devarakonda, Head Admissions and Associate Professor - Finance at VJIM, conducted a session for aspiring entrepreneurs under the RAMP Programme (ESDP Training).
The session on Costing, Pricing and Financial Management focused on helping student innovators understand the financial side of building a business. From structuring costs to pricing strategies and managing finances, the discussion highlighted what truly makes a venture sustainable.
35 participants from JNTUH and its constituent colleges actively took part in the session. Their curiosity, questions and engagement made it a meaningful and interactive learning experience.
We appreciate Dr. Srijanani Devarakonda for guiding young minds and contributing to the growth of future entrepreneurs.
