Career Express, Hyderabad

We had two fantastic sessions with the students of Secunderabad Public School. Our senior counselor, Madhu Varma, took the Class X session for students & their parents, where she discussed the importance of the new KYA test that CBSE has started, & then went on to talk about the different career options that are available to students. Simultaneously, Maya took the session for the XII class students & parents, where she discussed about all the key entrance exams, patterns & how to prepare for them. After the session, along with the school counselor, they discussed the KYA reports & helped students to select their streams based on their aptitude & interest, & the career option they wanted to go with.

In both sessions students were very bright & inquisitive with lots of questions & their parents were not far behind. We would like to thank Director Kavitha, Principal Sujatha & Counselor Lavanya for giving us this opportunity to interact with their students! We look forward to more such sessions in the future.

On 6th February, we talked to the students of Sentia - The Global School in Miyapur and Career options and Career Paths. It was an insightful session interacting with students from Classes 9 to 11 on how to make a career decision and the importance of making a backup plan too. Students were exposed to careers from all fields - science, commerce, arts & humanities. We discussed not only traditional choices but also out-of-the-box careers and a*o emerging and trending careers like data science, artificial intelligence & machine learning. The session was rounded off with a Q&A interaction. Thank you, Principal Sunitha, for giving us the opportunity to meet your bright students and we hope to be back again soon!
