A total of 76 final year students were selected in 3 different companies.

32 students got selected in DIGITIDE SOLUTIONS with CTC 2.5 LPA

26 Students got selected in MUTHOOT FINANCE with CTC 2.5 LPA

18 students got selected in GROWVIA TECH with 3.5 LPA

The management and faculty congratulated the selected students and encouraged them to excel in their full time job employment.

Rishi MS Institute of Engineering & Technology for Women has established the DataTeach.AI Centre of Excellence — a significant step toward empowering students from 2nd year to final year with industry-aligned AI skilling and placement support.

We are delighted to share that the Ignite Scale - Innovation Hackathon 2026 held on 25th March 2026 at Rishi MS was a remarkable and memorable event, setting a benchmark with 160 innovative business ideas and enthusiastic participation from various institutions.

Out of these, the Top 8 innovative ideas were recognized and awarded, reflecting the high level of creativity and competition among participants.

The event was highly inspiring and showcased the creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial mindset of the participants.

Dr. Mahender Kondapalkala, a Ph.D. in Marketing Communications and a serial entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience, has led multiple ventures across AI/ML, IoT, renewable energy, and agribusiness, while actively mentoring startups and promoting sustainable innovation.

Dr. Ramesh Kanneganti, a renowned academician and Chairman of the NSS Experts Committee under UGC-SWAYAM, brings deep expertise in National Security and Human Security Studies, with rich global academic exposure and leadership in research foundations.

Their insights greatly motivated students to align their ideas with real-world applications.

Rishi MS On 20th February 2026 conducted a comprehensive “Resume Level Up” AI Assessment Platform Orientation and Workshop for final-year students, focused on enhancing placement readiness and aligning student competencies with IT industry expectations.

The session introduced students to an AI-powered assessment platform designed to evaluate technical skills, aptitude, communication, and role-specific capabilities. Through practical demonstrations and structured guidance, students gained clarity on how their current skill sets align with real-world job roles in the IT industry.

The workshop emphasized:

* AI-based skill assessment and performance analytics
* Identifying strengths and improvement areas
* Structuring resumes as per role-based industry requirements
* Preparing for technical interviews and corporate hiring processes
* Visualizing suitable career paths based on individual competencies

By enabling students to clearly understand industry expectations and map their abilities accordingly, the initiative empowered them to take focused and strategic steps toward successful placements.
