As part of the Refresher Training – Procurement from GeM, conducted at ASCI, Hyderabad from 06–08 May 2026, participants from different ESIC institutions came together to discuss procurement practices and updates related to the Government e Marketplace GeM (GeM).

Among them was Dr. Manbhawan Goyal, Deputy Medical Superintendent, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Bharat Nagar, Ludhiana, who shared his feedback after attending the programme.

In his testimonial, he reflected on the usefulness of the sessions, practical understanding of procurement processes, and the opportunity to interact with fellow participants from different regions. The programme also encouraged discussions around day-to-day procurement challenges and institutional practices.

Reflecting on her experience during the programme held from 28–30 April 2026 at ASCI, Hyderabad, she spoke about the relevance of the sessions in understanding interview processes, personality assessment approaches, and contemporary perspectives in public service recruitment. The programme also encouraged thoughtful discussions and interaction among members from different State Public Service Commissions.
