Billions of years ago, Seven continents of the world were joined together as a single massive landmark called Pangaea. They gradually broke apart and separated. It has been divided into seven continents and five oceans, each of them is distinct with its own culture and characteristics. Europe and North America are still moving apart at the rate of 7cm every year. These kinds of mapping the Earth Activity help the students to easily learn about their locations, names, and features of the world.

“ Odd / Even” and “Place Value “
Grade 2:
Children having fun with building up the numbers by using beads and showing the place values. These kinds of activities help these young kids to understand the difficult part of values the concept of “Tens and Ones”.
These bead sticks have produced a friendly resource which helped them in building and understanding place value, portioning and modeling addition and subtraction. Students should utilize these kinds of model-based activity to determine and justify knowledge of numbers end up to 100.
Children also learning Odd/Even, how they go in pair and alternate with Odd and Even numbers.

Big/Small &
Ascending /Descending order
Carnations of Grade -1:
Children are understanding to see the difference of Big and Small concept. An Activity to compare two objects, numbers, sizes etc.
They both are opposite. One is bigger , gigantic and another is small, less and tiny. children need to sort out the given objects.
Ascending and Descending : when the numbers are stepping down is descending, and stepping towards upside is Ascending order here children in this activity are trying to pickup and rearrange them once they understand the concept .
These activities help each child able to independently order the numbers.

Chandrayaan 2
Students at Radcliffe school enjoyed the live telecast of Chandrayaan2. There was great applause by children as it took off towards outer space. children’s great moment of excitement to see and enjoy.
India’s second lunar exploration mission after chandrayaan-1 developed by Space Research Organisation (ISRO). The Indian spacecraft is now on its way to the Moon’s south polar region and will touch down there in the month of September. India has broken the monopoly of Superpowers in space for new challenges

Conservation of Water - Grade-III Sapphires:
Water is the most important natural resource of mother Earth to Humans. It is essential for the existence of life and maintaining ecological balance. Our environment of Humans, Plants, and Animals cannot live without water.

Green Day Celebrations - KinderGarten:
The world is filled with colors. A very important part of learning during Kindergarten is Identification and Recognition of Colours.
Green is the color of Nature. It symbolizes self-respect and well being.
Kindergarten students and teachers were beautifully dressed and celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm. Children learned about fruits and vegetables which are in green, given message on how to save nature “Mother Earth “ by performing a skit and recited many related Rhymes.
It is an excellent experience for children which will enhance their visual discrimination. Children enjoyed a craft plant as a takeaway activity.

Parts of the Body
Daffodils:
Your body is more than what you see in a mirror, different parts have different work, but each part works together with co-ordination. Each bit of one body is made up of cells. Blood transports the nutrients each cell needs and takes away waste. We must take proper and good care of our body for a healthy mind.
Children are enjoying to show their parts of the body with fun.
Hindi Group Activity
Verbs describe action and occurrence, Hindi uses more of Consonants than English, continues the practice of conversational Hindi with longer phrases and sentences, you need to know about Hindi alphabets.
Hindi has borrowed punctuations from English, except the sentence terminator called “Khadi pain”. Which is used as a full stop? In Hindi, we call vowels and consonants together as Akshars. Devanagari Script is based on Phonetic, Kids are trying to learn through different teaching aids.

Curricular Activities
Second Grade DAISY organized different Co-Curricular activities for which these are possibilities of changes in Philosophical and Psychological ideas, which prepare practically for the future.
The normal curriculum educates students about academic theories. Co-Curriculum activities will be boosting young child with Civic spirit, initiative and organizing skills. They supplement students in “Art of Living” and “Working together”.

Reading, Recognition & Reciting
First Grade students are trying to become affluent readers, able to decode words, to communicate effectively improve their reading and writing skills. Learning to SPELL the names is an important step in the child’s literacy journey. These activities teach name, recognition, spelling and improve usage in work-related activities.
Here buddies are trying to identify Hindi letters, reciting a poem, learning how to read. These activities encourage a child’s ability in stages of learning.
