Roles and Responsibilities

Perform financial reporting and support monthly P&L analysis

• Preparation of monthly Accruals relating for various business verticals.

• Support in monthly/quarterly financial closing activity in close co-ordination with business and

other finance teams

• Supporting monthly MIS process by providing schedules and analysis.

• Provide inputs for monthly and quarterly business reviews in a timely manner. Facilitate the

business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving business metrics over a period.

• Review of Balance sheet schedules on a monthly basis and ensuring schedules are audit ready.

• Coordinating with auditors for timely closure of statutory audit and Tax audit.

• Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place, documented,

and operating as intended.

• Driving efficiencies in business processes and guiding business teams on accounting areas.

• The candidate would be responsible to drive process improvement.

• Managing accounting application used for bookkeeping and Chart of Accounts.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Accounting standards, Companies Act

• The candidate has a strong desire to exceed expectations and drive positive change across the

organization and who has effective interpersonal skills.

• Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly

changing environment

• Ability to think creatively and to work well both as part of a team and as an individual

contributor.

communicator.

• Good knowledge of working on excel and different reporting tools / applications

• Prior Team Handling Experience.

Requirements:

• Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in Audit
or GL Control role in previous organization

• Knowledge of Accounting standards, Companies Act

• Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly

Responsibilities

Supervise the instructional programs of the school, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes (teaching, as duties allow) on a regular basis to encourage the use of a variety of instructional strategies and materials consistent with research on learning and child growth and development.
Nurture both students and teachers to achieve their greatest potential academically, instructionally and spiritually. Carrying out the necessary research, training, and motivation to ensure that the school as an organization, all staff members as individuals and the students get the highest possible awards, recognitions, certifications, and accreditations.
