“Living Life” is all about bringing life LIVE and rising above the little problems that we face each day. We are repeatedly told we are not good enough, not smart enough and not lucky enough to make it to the top. We are constantly reminded of what we can't do and can't have in life. Living Life, through its seminars/Workshops, breaks down these self-imposed barriers and reawaken, rekindle and re-energize the winner inside each of us. Instead of giving in, to those who constantly condition us to fail, ‘Living Life’ paves the way for the winner inside us to emerge and take control of his or her destiny. What we believe in is that by bolstering one’s self-awareness and thereby boosting ones self-confidence, an individual is better positioned to significantly live a fulfilling life and excel in all facets of life.

What happens when students don’t just learn about the world—but start reimagining it?

It was an enthralling experience to be invited as a Special Guest at the Humanities Fair — “The Saga: One World, Many Stories”, organised by Devshala Gitanjali, Hyderabad.

Students from Grades 9 & 10 brought the theme alive through stories, presentations and creative expressions—exploring everything from the evolution of fashion and traditions carried across generations to geopolitics, comics and the Japanese art of Kintsugi.

But what truly caught my attention was how naturally they embraced AI—using ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini not as shortcuts, but as tools to build awareness and amplify creativity.

From bookmarks and websites to gamified learning, interactive webpages and even a live comic-creation booth—the possibilities were limitless.

Moments like these leave me hopeful about the future. Because these students aren’t merely preparing for the future. They are creating it. 🚀

What if feedback could do more than point out what went wrong?
What if it could help someone see what they’re capable of?

That was the thought behind “Evaluate to Elevate”, an education session I had the privilege of delivering for Amazon Toastmasters at the Amazon Office, Hyderabad.

As a speaker and coach, I’ve come to believe that the quality of feedback often determines the quality of growth.

So, we explored the art of evaluation through three simple steps:

🔍 DISSECT — Learn to observe beyond the obvious. Look at the craft, structure, delivery, body language and presence.

💡 DISCOVER — Go beyond “good speech” or “needs improvement.” Identify what worked, why it worked, and what can make it even better.

🚀 DELIVER — Turn observations into feedback that is honest, specific and actionable—while still leaving the speaker motivated to improve.

But the real learning began when we moved from knowing to doing.

Participants evaluated a test speech, and three of them stepped forward to share their evaluations, putting the concepts into practice right away.

With an enthusiastic group participating in person and 20+ participants joining virtually, it was wonderful to see the curiosity, questions and willingness to stretch beyond comfort zones.

For me, the most rewarding part of coaching isn't simply sharing what I know.

It is watching people discover what they can do with it.

Because great evaluation doesn't diminish confidence.

It builds it.
It sharpens it.
It elevates it.

Some events remind you why communication is far more than just speaking.

This week, I had the privilege of serving as a Judge, alongside the very talented Anupama Dalmia, at Glendale Leadership Fest hosted by Glendale Academy, Hyderabad, for "Alchemy Unbound: The Power of Words to Redefine Worlds."

Watching 56 role-play performances from over 650 participants was an experience in itself.

Some participants commanded the stage with confidence. Others drew us into their character through emotion, voice, pauses, gestures, and presence. Each performance was a reminder that expression is an art—not just a skill.

As I watched, one thought kept returning to me.
We often think role-play happens only on stage. But in reality, we are all role-players.

Every day, we step into different roles—a leader in a meeting, a mentor to a colleague, a teacher in a classroom, a parent at home, or a friend when someone needs us. The words may change, but more importantly, our expression must change with our purpose.

A radio jockey may be quiet off the microphone but comes alive the moment the show begins. Not because they become someone else—but because they understand the role they are meant to play.

The same is true for all of us.

The real question isn't, "What am I going to say?"
It's, "Who do I need to become to serve this moment?"

As judges, we weren't merely listening to dialogues. We were observing how completely each participant embodied the character behind those words.

My sincere appreciation to Glendale Academy for creating a platform that encourages young minds to explore confidence, creativity, empathy, and the power of expression.

To every participant—thank you for reminding us that words can indeed redefine worlds, but only when they are spoken with authenticity, purpose, and heart.

🎤 — One Stage. One Voice. One Legacy. ✨

What an incredible two days of learning, excellence, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories at District 126's final annual conference in Hyderabad.

🌟 The stage came alive through every contestant, role player, emcee & performer. Each person showcased the growth, confidence, and leadership that Toastmasters makes possible.

💡 The inspiring keynotes & immersive workshops reminded me that the true value of a conference lies not just in what we learn, but in how we carry those lessons forward—in our careers, communities, and service to others.

❤️ Beyond the stage, it was the people who made Jubilance'26 truly special. Every conversation, every connection, and every shared moment added to a collection of memories that I'll cherish for years to come. The energy in the room was uplifting, the encouragement was genuine, and there was a shared sense of belonging that made everyone feel part of something bigger.

🤝 What stays with me most is the camaraderie we continue to build as a community. It is these relationships—built on support, learning, and mutual growth—that will continue to inspire us long after the conference has ended.

🎭 Personally, witnessing & participating contests was the highlight.

🌍 It was inspiring to witness the courage, preparation, and composure of the International Speech Contest participants as they brought their stories to life on the big stage. And the Table Topics Contest was a masterclass in presence and spontaneity. Watching participants create magic in the moment, with nothing but their thoughts and conviction, was truly remarkable.

Winning the Humorous Speech Contest felt like the culmination of a journey that began nine months ago. For the past 9-months, I was vocal & intentional — to return and complete the unfinished business. Watching that vision come full circle was truly special. Winning Evaluation Contest was a testimony for my love for stage.

🏆 If there's one contest that's closest to my heart, it's the Evaluation Speech Contest.

At Jubilance'26, the Toastmasters International Annual Conference of District 126 - Toastmasters International in Hyderabad, I had the privilege of evaluating a deeply moving speech by TM Ravi on personal loss and the silent battles of mental health. ❤️‍🩹

Evaluating the speech was a test of setting aside my personal bias, having dealt with mental health challenges myself, as recently as three months ago. Evaluating a speech like this was a unique challenge — one that required balancing empathy with objectivity. Moments like these remind me that great evaluations aren't just about feedback; they're about helping meaningful messages create an even greater impact. ✨

🏅 Winning the District 126 Evaluation Contest is particularly special because evaluations are where I find my purpose as a public speaking coach.

Over the years, I've developed a simple framework:

🔍 Dissect – Understand what created the impact.

💡 Discover – Identify strengths and opportunities for growth.

🎯 Deliver – Share feedback that empowers the speaker to become better.

I didn't prepare specifically for this contest. Instead, I trusted the muscle memory built through years of coaching and learning from:

🎤 500+ speeches evaluated

🚀 300+ speeches mentored

From coaching first-time speakers to contest champions, TEDx speaker, and professional keynote presenters, every speech has taught me something valuable about the art of evaluation.

🙏 Grateful to Hyderabad Toastmasters for creating a culture where excellence is the norm, and to my Speak-Up Club community for continuously inspiring me to raise my own standards.

"Like they say, it takes a village to raise a child.
Likewise, it takes a community to fulfill a dream."

After winning the International Speech Contest, Evaluation Contest, and Table Topics Contest in 2023, the Humorous Speech trophy remained the one missing piece, a bittersweet reminder.

At , the annual district Conference of - , I had the privilege of winning the District 126 Humorous Speech Contest — a victory that completes a long-standing personal milestone. But this win is far bigger than a trophy.

My speech, "I Love You," was a playful reflection on 18+ years of falling, rising, and growing in love. Like every great speech, it wasn't written once. It was written, rewritten, challenged, refined, and strengthened by countless people who generously shared their time, feedback, and belief.

How does a simple idea evolve into influence, and eventually, real impact?

Earlier this month I had the privilege of delivering a Public Speaking & Communication workshop for corporate executives at Tech Mahindra Infocity Club, Hyderabad, and the energy was nothing short of inspiring.

What stood out for me was the enthusiasm — a room full of leaders curious not just about speaking better, but about thinking clearer, connecting authentically, and influencing responsibly.

While the in-person was exuding with energy, the virtual participants were highly engaged, shared perspectives, asking thoughtful questions, and reflecting on their own communication patterns.

We explored:
- The fundamentals of impactful public speaking
- The limiting patterns that strangle our ideas
- Practical frameworks to structure ideas with clarity
- Real-world examples that bridge theory with ex*****on
