It is advisable to be part of the society to understand our community and to work for the welfare of the people. It's advisable to be an active citizen in our local community. This sense of responsibility will give us satisfaction forever.

It’s okay if you don't know what you want to do after school. Focus on figuring out what you don't want.
It's quite common among most of us; we need to compromise somewhere. Whereas the job is important after schooling, we have to accept whatever we get. If we figure out what you don’t want to do, it is easy to know what kind of job you wish to do, and you can concentrate and prepare for the same with a thorough understanding of the subject and its ex*****on of the job.
This clarity can guide your choices and help you develop the necessary skills to excel in your chosen field. Embracing this approach not only enhances your career prospects but also fosters a sense of fulfilment in your professional life.

The jobs of the future may not exist yet. Focus on flexible skills like problem-solving
In earlier days one had to restrict oneself to one jab only, and it was more like a permanent job for the entire period of life. They used to get even a good pension to support their families. Now things are different; we can be fired any time, and it's hard to find equivalent jobs immediately. What one needs to possess is flexibility and the ability to multitask without being confined to one specialisation. One has to update oneself with the changes in technologies. The artificial intelligence is doing almost all kinds of joins, and it's helping us to improve our efficiency. One has to update with available AI tools to enable them to get newer opportunities.
Staying ahead in this rapidly evolving landscape requires a commitment to lifelong learning and adaptability. Embracing new technologies not only enhances our skill set but also positions us favourably in a competitive job market.

Explore subjects outside the required curriculum. Find what truly fascinates you.
We are normally completely occupied with the curriculum we have in our school and colleges, and we don’t even find time to look at other things. We need to explore new subjects of our interest, and we should see the world, which will fascinate us. We will certainly enhance our knowledge with passion to let new subjects of our interest in. In the long run, we will be capable of knowing it, and in turn, we can share the same knowledge with our children.
This exchange of knowledge will not only enrich their understanding but also inspire them to pursue their own interests with zeal. By fostering a culture of curiosity and exploration, we can create a generation that values lifelong learning and the beauty of diverse experiences.

Think critically about sources. If a claim seems wild, check where the information came from.
We need to be cautious about the genuineness of the information we receive, and we need to validate its authenticity before we use it for our research purpose or even if we want to share it with others. The citation is also important for the source of information. We need to rely on national newspapers and research papers for this, not on social media, as we see most of the news is fabricated or wanted for their own; they give the misleading captions just to attract the readers or the viewers. We need to think critically about the source for better understanding and for the news' reliability.
By evaluating the credibility of our sources, we can foster a more informed public discourse. This vigilance not only aids in discerning fact from fiction but also empowers individuals to engage meaningfully with the issues at hand.

Money is a tool, not a measure of worth. Learn how to manage it responsibly
Money is not a measure of your worth as a person; rather, it is a means of achieving freedom. Establishing a clear budget is the first step towards managing it responsibly; giving every dollar a job gives you control rather than anxiety.
Prioritise creating an emergency fund so you can weather life's storms debt-free, and keep needs and wants strictly apart to prevent impulsive spending.
Above all, separate your self-worth from your financial situation. Peace of mind and deep connections are the sources of true wealth. Money is not everything, and it ruins relationships and friendships. Many people alter their attitudes simply because they possess more wealth than others. We should exercise caution because fate will determine our fate, so don't take pride in your wealth.
Your net worth will fluctuate, but your self-worth is constant. Use money to design a life you love, rather than serving it as a master.

You have the power to shape your world. Start with the small choices you make today.
Most of us don’t know about ourselves, as Swami Vivekananda rightly said that “All power is within you. You can do anything and everything. Believe in that.” It's a true and correct statement 100 per cent, as we never realise our strengths, and we wish to depend always on others. Once we start believing in ourselves, the perception changes considerably. We can change the world by changing ourselves and our society. Today being the new year, let’s make the resolution that we are being part of the society. Any little change we can do will certainly help others, and in turn, others may follow us in bringing the change that we are expecting.
As we embrace this resolution, let us remember that even the smallest actions can create a ripple effect. Together, we can inspire a movement towards positivity and growth, encouraging those around us to join in our efforts for a better future.

"Signing off on this year with a full heart. Thank you to everyone who made the good times better and the hard times easier. See you in the New Year!"
Tidy your space, tidy your mind. A cluttered room can lead to a cluttered brain.
We need to be with a calm mind, and it will certainly get new ideas and new ways and can be executed with consistency and peace of mind. If we have too many ideas and confusion in choosing the priorities, the mind will be cluttered and we will end up with confusion. We can achieve this with meditation and with a calm mind with maturity. To achieve this, one has to be determined and well disciplined.
By fostering a disciplined approach and dedicating time to meditation, we can create a clear pathway for our thoughts. This clarity allows us to prioritise effectively, leading to productive outcomes and a sense of fulfilment in our pursuits.

Good posture isn't just cosmetic; it affects your mood and confidence.
Good posture is essentially a biological signal that profoundly affects your psychology, despite the fact that it is frequently seen only as a matter of manners or aesthetics. The mind-body relationship is reciprocal: slumping can lead to depression, just as depression can lead to slumping. Being tall has been associated with higher levels of testosterone, which is linked to confidence and dominance, and lower levels of cortisol, the stress hormone.3 Your primitive brain receives a signal that you are secure and in charge when you physically occupy space.
Your interactions with the outside world are altered by this feedback loop. In addition to projecting competence to others, good posture strengthens one's own sense of self-efficacy. It is an easy-to-use "hack" for your mental health. The next time you feel overburdened, check your alignment; you aren’t just straightening your spine, you are physically setting the stage for resilience.

Practice mindful breathing. It's a superpower for stress.
Meditation and yoga are most useful to our body and mind if we do them regularly, at least for 15 minutes. As we know, we are living in a polluted and materialistic world, and we need to strengthen our mind and body. Meditation will certainly yield good results from the stressful life and give us energy to tackle the rest of the day with confidence. Regular walking at parks and nearby grounds also will improve our day-to-day activity substantially.
Incorporating these practices into our daily routine can lead to enhanced mental clarity and a greater sense of well-being. Furthermore, engaging in outdoor activities fosters a connection with nature, which is essential for our overall health and happiness.

Limit energy drinks/excessive caffeine. Focus on natural energy sources.
As we know very well, health is wealth, and we need to take natural and seasonally available fruits and their juices. Knowingly we prefer to take coke and other cold drinks; occasionally it's ok, but anything in excess will harm our body and our lifestyle. We need to take or restrict too many cups of coffee and tea; at maximum, we can take two small cups per day. Nowadays we see many ads for cold drinks and energy drinks; in the long run, they will be harmful to our bodies, and we need to be healthy by following small steps.
Maintaining a balanced diet and staying hydrated with water should be our priority. By making mindful choices about what we consume, we can enjoy our favourite beverages while also promoting our overall well-being.
