To our Seniors, the ones who shaped us before we even knew we needed shaping, Thank You!

You never just handed us templates; you handed us standards. Behind every post that went live was your quiet eye catching what we'd missed: the wrong font weight, the off-center crop, the caption that was almost right but not quite.

Through late nights before Krishi Chanakya 2025, through frantic revisions and feedback that stung because it was true, you never let us settle. You reminded us that details aren't small; they are the work. From colour consistency across stories to spacing that breathes, from getting the tone of a caption right to understanding why it matters; you taught us that MediaCell's name on something means something.

You held the bar high, not to be difficult, but because you believed we could reach it.
And now, as you pass the reins, know this: every grid we build, every draft we refine, every standard we refuse to compromise on, carries a little bit of you in it.

The legacy doesn't end here. It only gets louder.

A remarkable journey saw 119 aspiring agribusiness managers secure internships with 42 prestigious companies, including 17 first-time recruiters.

We at National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad, are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Final Placements for the PGDM (ABM) 2024-26 batch.

This achievement is a testament to the dedication, perseverance, and collaborative spirit that drive us to greater heights each year. With 119 students successfully placed, this year’s placements witnessed an impressive highest package of 24.29 LPA, an average package of 12.03 LPA, and a median package of 12 LPA.

A total of 50 esteemed recruiters, including 27 first-time recruiters, offered exciting opportunities to our students, reaffirming the trust and confidence in our talent pool.
