A disease begins in the mind and our poisonous thoughts are responsible for it.

Physical health needs proteins, vitamins, salts, minerals, fiber etc. Mental health needs forgiveness, kindness, humility etc.

If we can’t fly we should run. If we can’t run we should walk. If we can’t walk we should crawl. That means we should always be on the move.

A ship doesn’t sink because of the water around it, but it sinks because of the water that goes into it.

We must face challenges in life. The ship is always safe on the shore, but that is not what it is built for.

An Argument is to find out who is right and a discussion is to find out what is right.

Everything is created twice, first mentally & then physically.

Let’s remember that every situation in life is temporary.

Mind is a parachute. It works only when it is open.

The lessons we learn in the world may be painful but they are priceless.

Many of us fail in life‘s exam, because we copy others, without realizing the fact that each one has a different question paper.

Challenges have their own contribution in making our life attractive.
