That is a Blacktip Reef Shark (Carcharhinus melanopterus).

​You can identify it by the distinct black tips on its fins, especially the dorsal (top) fin and the tail. These sharks are very common in the shallow, clear waters of the Maldives and are generally timid and harmless to humans. They often cruise near the shoreline just like the one in this video!
