The students of BA attended the PRCI 20th Foundation Day Celebrations held at Haritha Hotel - Telangana Tourism, Hyderabad on the 3rd of April 2024. The Public Relations Council event was graced by dignitaries from all fields of Media in the traditional and new age. An attempt to highlight the Media Hub in KGCW, as well as good participation by students and lecturers was rendered successfully.

Department of English and Modern Language UG has hosted a Movie afternoon for all the students of BA, BSC and BCom final years on 13 February, 2024 at the hostel auditorium. The movie "CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY" was based on the novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by ROALD DAHL.

Dr. Anand Pillai and Prof. M. L. Sai Kumar led the event in two sessions.
