International School, Shaikpet, Hyderabad The International School, Shaikpet was established in the year 1991 by Prof. Kakarla Subbarao, an internationally renowned radiologist.

The school, located a little away from Tolichowki in the suburbs of Hyderabad in a six acre garden estate, is fully furnished with sprawling play fields. The primary objective of the school is to develop the faculties of the child to make him/her truly international in outlook. Here, emphasis is not merely on the academic endeavor but also in developing other faculties like scientific temper, self discipline, social and human values. The school has adopted as its mottoes the four pillars of education recommended by the UNESCO International Commission on Education namely LEARN TO KNOW, LEARN TO DO, LEARN TO LIVE TOGETHER & LEARN TO BE.
