180 Young Minds, 1 Unforgettable Day of Science!

Imagine a room buzzing with excitement, magnets revealing invisible forces, and water-filled bowls playing musical notes. That was our one-day workshop at Delhi World School, Hyderabad, where 180 students across grades 6 to 9 dived headfirst into hands-on science!

🔹 6th graders became magnet explorers, discovering the poles of a magnet and mapping magnetic fields. In a separate challenge, they rolled up their sleeves for some serious lab work—using sedimentation, decantation, filtration, and crystallization to separate a tricky mixture of sand, salt, and wood powder.
🔹 7th graders took their first steps into electromagnetism, building simple circuits and making their own electromagnets.
🔹 8th graders explored sound waves—playing the Jaltarang, striking tuning forks, and quite possibly annoying their friends in the best way possible!
🔹 9th graders cracked the mystery of true solutions, colloids, and suspensions, learning what really makes one mixture different from another.

What stood out the most? Their energy, their questions, and their excitement to learn! It was a reminder that science isn’t just about textbooks—it’s about curiosity, discovery, and a whole lot of fun.

We just wrapped up an amazing series of hands-on workshops for the brilliant 6th to 10th graders at Hyderabad's North City High School! Over 500 enthusiastic students dove into the world of science with us, exploring a whopping 50 experiments over five action-packed days. 🚀

Kicking off our first workshop of the year was a blast, and seeing the smiles on students' faces as they tackled complex concepts was truly rewarding.

We’ve always believed that learning by doing is the best way to learn, and this experience reaffirmed our commitment to that philosophy.

🎉📚 Another academic year in the books, and what a journey it's been! 🚀 Our team had the absolute pleasure of diving into hands-on workshops with eager students and dedicated teachers from 34 schools. Together, we sparked curiosity, ignited creativity, and embraced the joy of learning!

🙌 Throughout the year, we had the privilege of serving a whopping 4000 students and collaborating with 40 fantastic teachers. Together, we rolled up our sleeves and delved into 136 workshops, each one a unique adventure in exploration and discovery.

🌟 As we wrap up this chapter, we're filled with gratitude for the incredible experiences shared, the minds inspired, and the connections made. But guess what? The excitement doesn't stop there! 🎉 We're thrilled to kick off the new year with a couple of exciting projects up our sleeves.

💡 While our existing project provided workshops related to the textbook curriculum, our new projects will take learning to the next level by focusing on real-world applications of textbook concepts. Get ready for even more hands-on, innovative learning experiences! 💡

🚀 Zooming through Telangana's landscapes, I covered 400 kms in just 5 days! 🌟 Why, you ask? To explore five amazing schools, each nestled in a different district of this vibrant state.

📚 But wait, there's more! I had the privilege of working with 600 10th grade students, igniting their exam prep with an activity-based, hands-on revision workshop. 💡

💬 And oh, the conversations! Interacting with the future inventors of tomorrow was an absolute delight! Their curiosity and creativity know no bounds. 🌟

Interactive science quiz at Hyderabad's Bright concept high school

*Rural STEM Enrichment Project*

Thrilled to share the success of our recent hands-on workshop with three schools in Mudigonda Mandal, Khammam district. 🏫

🔬 We engaged 120 tenth-grade students from ZPHS Banapura, ZPHS Gandhasiri, and ZPHS Pedhamandava in a full-day session, where they actively participated in 15 experiments. The workshop covered diverse topics including electric current, electromagnetism, optics, carbon chemistry, and inorganic chemistry.

📚 Our primary goal was to not only enhance their performance in final exams but also equip them with practical-science skills for the future. We believe that providing support to students in government-run high schools is crucial for their overall development.
