We are heartened with the response received to Round 1 applications for the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL) and are pleased to announce the commencement of personal interviews for the first shortlist of aspiring Young Leaders for the founding class.

This stage is crucial in identifying candidates who embody a forward-thinking mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and problem-solving acumen—key qualities for success at ISB and in the PGP YL programme.

The interviews will be conducted by a panel comprising ISB faculty, notable alumni, and senior administrative staff across Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore, as well as virtually from February 8 to March 2, 2025.


Shortlists for interviews are being released on a rolling basis, and candidates will be notified accordingly.

We continue to accept applications for Round 2 of the admissions cycle, the submission deadline for which is March 16, 2025.
