Hi frnds today I give you useful trick to divide any number by 5,25 and 125

Example :-
16÷5=16÷10/2=16×2/10=3.2


Basically twice the number and put decimal after one digit

Another example
64÷5=twice of 64 is 128 and answer will be 12.8

Same as we want 16÷25
16×4 and put decimal after two digits
0.64

64÷25=2.56

Same as we want 16÷125
16×8 and put decimal after three digits
0.128

To multiply 52 and 11,imagine there is a space between 52

52*11= 5_2 (Put an imaginary space in between)

Now,what to do with that space?

Just add 5 and 2 and put the result in the imaginary space

So, 52 * 11 =572 (which is your answer)

Squaring numbers close to a base....

Find the square of 96
The deficiency of 96 is 4 bcoz is 4 less than 100. The sub sutra tells us that subtract same number from 96 we get 96-4=92. This gives us the left hand part of the answer. The square of the deficiency is 4×4=16,and this is the right hand part of the answer
now the complete answer is 9216

Square of a number ending in 5

Step I - Multiple the number formed after deleting 5 at the units place with the number one higher than it
Step II - Annex 25 on the right side of the product and you will get the square of the given number

Ex. Find the value of square of
(105)
Sol. 10×11=110
Square of 105=11025

FIND SQUARE OF NUMBERS IN 200 TO 299
steps to find square of numbers in 200's

> Choose a number in the 200s (start with numbers under 210, then try for larger ones).
>The first digit of the square is 4: 4 _ _ _ _
> The next two digits will be 4 times the last 2 digits: _ X X _ _
> The last two places will be the square of the last digit: _ _ _ X X

here we take an Example:

> let the number be 207:
> The first digit is 4
so 4 _ _ _ _
> The next two digits are 4 times the last digit:
4 × 7 = 28
so _ 2 8 _ _
Square the last digit: 7× 7 = 49
so _ _ _ 49
So finally we get 207 × 207= 42849.

and For larger numbers work right to left:

Multiply any two numbers from 11 to 20 in your head:-
Take 15 x 13 for example… Place the larger no. first in your mind and then do something like this.
Take the larger no on the top and the second digit of the smaller no. in the bottom.

The rest is quite simple. Add 15+3 = 18 . Then multiply it by 10. In this example – 18 x 10 = 180 …
Now multiply the second digit of both the no.s (ie; 5 x 3 = 15) Now add 180 + 15. Here is the answer 180 + 15 = 195 . Think over it. This is a simple trick. It will help you a lot.

Example - 145×11

1/1+4/4+5/5
1595

Example - 2345×11

2/2+3/3+4/4+5/5

If u want to multiply any number with 5

Example 48×5

Nd the answer of 48×5=240
