TSWREI Society running 137 residential institutions conducting free residential education to SC/ST/BC communities from 5th class to Intermediate classes

A refreshing cool zephyr blew, wafting the fragrance of hope among the children of the poor. The dawn of a new era in the lives of the marginalized people set in with the emergence of TSWREI Society opening new avenues of opportunities for the needy, especially the scheduled caste children, whose parents never knew what education meant. ciety, emerged as an independent entity in the month of June 2014.The TSWREIS has been cruising along the path of glory, catering to the dire educational needs of the poor children hailing from remote areas and having the least access to quality education. With the lofty and noble aim of providing equal educational opportunities to the poor, on par with other advantaged children, the then Government of Andhra Pradesh established Social Welfare Residential Institutions. Fully realizing that the dearth of food, clothes, accommodation and a slew of other amenities are the crucial factors coming in the way of the disadvantaged children’s otherwise lustrous career, the Government decided that their provision is its priority. The society has grown by leaps and bounds within a short span of time and became a heavenly boon to those children whose ‘sweetness’ would have gone ‘wasted in the desert air’. After the bifurcation, as an independent body since2014, the TSWREIS has been racing ahead, with undiminished energy. In an attempt to reach out to the children’s needs, the TSWREIS introduced many innovative programmes to churn out the latent talents from the young and budding geniuses. With each passing year, the T-society has been adding new feathers to its multihued plumage and lighting the fire of ambition and hope.

IMPACT Programme (Teachers for Parents)

The “IMPACT” programme taken up by the TSWREI Society in the name of ‘IMPACT – Teachers For Parents’ TODAY i.e on 23rd April, 2016 aimed at teaching parenting skills and promoting punctuality as a core value and exposing successful people to parents has come out to be a grand success with the support of all. As expected, there was a huge turnout of parents in all the 134 institutions across the State of Telangana. In every institution, there was a celebration mood because of the warmth meet of parents and children. IMPACT used this platform asking the accomplished alumni of each institution to address the parents to inspire them to understand the psychology of their children, to send them to school right in time after vacation, etc. Thus the programme was conducted in a big way and it proved to be an unparalleled success because of the enthusiastic participation of parents, children, public representatives, accomplished alumni (Swaeroes), counselors, educationist’s media people and many others. The participant Swaeroes include high profile officers like civil servants, scientists, professors, journalists, doctors, engineers, advocates, bank officers, business people, social workers and many others. The reports say that both parents and children were enlightened to see successful people (Swaeroes) addressing them.
IMPACT-6 is intended for educating the parents about the support to be extended to their children during summer vacation. It also helps the students for the proper utilization of time through the strong support of parents at home. The students are given different projects in different subjects, which will give them a practical knowledge of what they study at school for which they need the support of parents and villagers during summer vacation. We named the project “Summer Samurai”. Summer Samurai will bring out the innate potentialities in children and help them understand various concepts through observation. For this kind of support from parents, the Secretary, Dr.R.S.Praveen Kumar, IPS, will also address all the parents through a video presentation played in every institution during the programme.

SAMURAI CHAPERONES FELICITATED

A caring boss is more important than what you earn. This is proved more than on one occasion in the TSWREI Society. The ambitious innovative project launched by the society has yielded amazing results. The efforts put in by the dedicated team of teachers paid rich dividends. The caring BOSS was so happy with the work of the diligent staff that he decided to shower the gentle sprinkle of his appreciation for the good work done by his men Friday.

The society has applauded the efforts of nearly 75 teachers and employees of the head office and awarded them certificate of appreciation through the hand of the Dr.R.S.Praveen Kumar IPS a moment of pride indeed!!

We are all celebrating the 125th anniversary of the great visionary the colossal icon and a legend who candled the dying hope among the most marginalized people. Babasaheb, as he is affectionately called by millions is the ‘ crest-jewel’ in the golden crown of mother India . Dr.Ambedkar is such an icon that even the wisest of men can hardly gauge his multifaceted-acumen. The history of India can now be studied as Pre-Ambedkar era and Post-Ambedkar era.
The architect of modern India, born in appalling indigence, to illiterate parents, became an owner of multiple doctorate degrees- not from any of the ordinary universities, but from such prestigious institutions like Columbia University and the University of London. He reached such lofty heights that would be the envy of even the most privileged. He was the fragrant flower that bloomed in adversity.
He was perhaps a lone voice seeking justice for the marginalized. He strove relentlessly for liberating the downtrodden from the tyrannical clutches of social discrimination. When we delve deep into the bottomless depths of his wisdom, our initial surprise evolves into enchantment, escalating progressively into last-
ing admiration.
The lion-hearted man, with his ferocious and unyielding will defeated the insane practices prevalent in the Indian society steered the lives of the marginalized communities towards the path of hope. It is a matter of conjecture whether such an extraordinary and colossal personality would ever re-appear on planet earth!
The nation honored itself by conferring the highest civilian award on Dr.B.R.Ambedkar, though a bit belated in 2002It leaves one dazed and nonplused, if one thinks, what he was and what he transformed himself into, the humiliation he went through and the way he fought back with the adverse circumstances.
On the 125th anniversary of this great soul the TSWREI Society salutes with tones of love embedded in our hearts!

Dr.B.R.Ambedkar, or of the marginalized people is the Dr. B.R.Ambedkar is an unparalleled erudite scholar and visionary whose life cannot be compared to any living or dead men of wisdom and glory., which is by any stretch of imagination is insurmountable
Babasaheb was born However, Despite, probably the bitterest childhood experiences, A voracious reader of books, who later stunned the wits of the intelligentsia not only of his times but even the modern day pundits with his prolific and ingenious writings, whose depth and range sometimes, surpassed the insight of the elite!
Ambedkar, himself a victim of indiscrimination, vehemently waged a war against social injustice. When the whole of India was struggling for independence, Dr.Ambedkar Later, when he became the obvious choice of chairman of the drafting committee of the constitution, he found an everlasting and effective constitutional remedy to the nagging problem plaguing the marginalized communities. He strongly believed that the deep-rooted orthodox practices immanent in the society would not easily vanish. With undying spirit of conviction, he espoused the cause of the exploited community of which he was also a part and whose harsh realities, he knew only too well.
Dr.B.R. Ambedkar was a perfectly ‘self-made’ man. His preference for the western outfit was not a blind imitation of the ruling British elite but was a resentful scorn and protest against the traditionalists.

Hum Banenge Korodpathi: Of BULLS & BEARS!!

Swaeroes at TSWREI Society are in per a surprise every now and then. This summer too comes as a pleasant surprise in what could be called envy of the corporate ‘Silver Spoon’ the Society has launched a new training camp Hum Banenge Korodpathi. Nearly 290 smart boys & girls are selected for this path-breaking initiative. The budding future stock brokers showed their absorbing interest in trade affairs and Share market.

Sri G.Jagadeeshwar Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for SC Development Department & Energy and Vice-Chairman of TSWREI Society has released a poster of “SUMMER SAMURAI-2016”. Dr. R.S. Praveen Kumar,IPS, Secretary , TSWREIS and Mr.E.Lakshmaiah, Deputy Secretary (Acad) and other officials participated in the poster launching programme.
The Hon’ble Minister has told that these summer camps are intended to engage, enrich and empower the students during summer vacations 2016. The Minister appreciated the TSWREIS for taking such a unique initiative which will also provide an opportunity to the students to improve their inherent skills.
As part of this “Summer Samurai” programme, TSWREIS is organizing 25 summer camps with various themes in different phases from March 21st to May 10th 2016. The themes of these summer camps are varying from each other.

• Robotics
• English Speaking (Basic & Advance)
• Civil Services Foundation
• Arts & Crafts
• Leadership qualities
• Sports & Games Camp (Athletics, Horse riding, Swimming, Shooting, Basket Ball, Boxing & water sports etc)

• Theatre Arts
• Competitive Examinations (EAMCET,CLAT,CA-CPT,UNIVERSITY ENTRANCES, NDA & NA, NTSE EXAMS etc)

Around 15000 students from TSWREIS (Social Welfare), TTWREIS (Tribal Welfare), MJPTBCWREIS (BC Welfare) are participating combindly in these summer camps.

These camps are being organized in collaboration with the collaboration of reputed, very professional and experienced knowledge partners in various fields for the benefit of the students.
