Savoring the stillness

Watercolor was never my strong pursuit. I always opted for acrylic or oil over watercolors. Recently out of nowhere I got the motivation to work on watercolors, and that felt like finding a piece of happiness I lost. This is a palette of rediscovery, a splash of comeback. Or an act of revival.

He was 7 months old when he was rescued from a jungle, stuck in a bush with numerous ticks on him. I have heard hundreds of stories of this big ball of energy and just by painting him I fell in love with him.It's amazing how much happiness and peace a dog can bring into our lives.
