About PROF. KAPARTHI RAMALINGAM
The Principal of OUCT (1970-77) born on 20-Feb-1930 at Jadcherla in Mahbubnagar district, He graduated from NizamCollege and did his Post-graduation from OU. He did his Ph.D. at the University of Cincinnati in 1955 and returned to India in 1958. After a brief working stint with Regional Research Laboratories ( now called IICT), he joined as a Lecturer at OU.
