Cybersecurity is where AI stopped being a feature and became the fabric.
The SOC analyst's job has changed. Has the training?
Episode 8 of The Learning Buzz - Brandon Neeb from Microsoft Worldwide Learning, with Viṣakh and Cassie. The people who actually build this stuff, working through it live.

This is why your training isn't working.
It was designed for a world where humans held all the answers.
But what happens when AI holds the answers and humans need to hold the judgement?
That's the future. And it's closer than your next training review.

How does work transform when we have superintelligent helpers with a tendency to hallucinate? More importantly, how do we, as L&D practitioners, equip employees to make the right judgement calls in an era of super-speed work?
These are the questions Visakh and Cassie are chasing in the upcoming episode of The Learning Buzz.
If you're asking them too, buckle up and stay on this road. More updates coming soon.

We've spent years asking: what do people need to know?
Wrong question for 2026.
When AI is doing the ex*****on, the human's job becomes something harder to measure and much harder to train:
Judgment. Oversight. Intervention.
These don't live in a course. They live in the moment: inside the workflow, at the decision point, when the output looks right but something feels off.
That's where learning has to be.
Not before work. Not after work.
In the work.
This one is for every L&D leader who knows their strategy needs to change but hasn't found the language for it yet.

Nobody breaks down overnight.
It starts with a new hire handed a role with no real onboarding. A team asked to use a new system with no training. A manager told to “figure it out.”
That friction builds quietly.... until it doesn’t.
The companies actually fixing burnout aren’t adding more perks. They’re fixing the system underneath.
Read our latest blog to see what that looks like in practice 👇

Taking a moment to celebrate our Apposite Ambassadors. 🌟
Sneha Shyam, Darshan S, and Anusha Reddy - you've been showing up consistently, sharing your ideas, and contributing in ways that truly matter. 👏👏👏
What stands out isn't just the visibility. It's the intent behind it - the willingness to engage, put ideas out there, and be part of something bigger than a single post.
That kind of consistency is what builds real presence over time. And it's something to be genuinely proud of.
Keep going. Looking forward to seeing how this journey unfolds. 🚀

Everyone has an opinion on how your employees should learn.
One module a day. A 4-hour course. Scheduled sessions. Microlearning. Bite-sized content.
But while they're busy debating formats, your employees are stuck mid-task, Googling answers, or just... guessing.
The most effective learning doesn't interrupt work. It shows up exactly when the problem does.
A 10-second nudge in the flow of work beats a 4-hour course on a Tuesday afternoon.
Because your people don't need more content. They need the right answer, right now.
💬 What kind of training are you still giving your team?
We asked a room full of learning designers one question:
What's your quirk as a learner?
The answers? Widely different.
One shuts down the moment they see a full curriculum. One skips anything that looks dense. One just needs someone to be direct. One needs just enough to stay curious - nothing more.
Same room. Same webinar. Completely different humans.
And we're all out here designing courses like our learners think the way we do. 👀
Sara Hounshell said it best:
Learning lives in the sweet spot of slightly uncomfortable. Too easy? They're gone. Too much? Also gone.
So here's the real question: How are you designing learning to accommodate them all?
Drop your quirk in the comments. We're reading every single one. 👇

Your L&D budget is funding something designed in 2008 to compete with something engineered in 2026.
TikTok uses the most sophisticated attention algorithms in human history.
Your leadership module uses... the same format it did 16 years ago.
This isn't an attention span problem. It's a design problem.
And AI has finally made the fix affordable.
