The highschool batch had a great get-together.

The “pride of our highschool batch”, Dr. Raju Ankati become Director - DRDL, Hyderabad.

A gentleman to the core and humility is personified. So humble and down to earth despite being selected for a much coveted position winning hearts of the section team among many competitors!!

So, our Dr. Raju decided to throw a party to his high school batch and invited all of us for a luncheon on first Sunday of 2026!!

This is the biggest gatherings of highschool classmates ever. Total 44 warm bodies present at this event.

The time from lunch to evening tea flew so quickly with leg pulling each other, cracking some highschool batch mates jokes & indulging in nostalgia!!

This cafe is started by my batchmate, when his son graduated in Hotel Management. The signature dish by my friends son is White Sauce Pastha!!

H I G H S C H O O L B U D D I E S Reunion

Reunion with Highschool buddies is always a joyful event. The only challenge these days seems to be organising one. Yes, we have met yesterday evening, i . e 18th evening. Beginning of the day was too promising that many have accepted to grace the occasion & spend time with childhood buddies.

Post lunch heavy rain led to few doubts and couple of buddies felt that driving during this rain 🌧️ is difficult though it’s not impossible!!

Finally, 15 of us met. We met at Maxi Brew, a new modern cafe that serves very delicious dishes from great coffee to customised pizza among many other dishes!! Our connoisseur buds (at middle fifties still strong 😊) devoured each and every delicacy that was served during our 3 hours meeting… All the stuff is carefully curated by the owners, Nandkumar & Venkat Reddy who are owners as well as our highschool buddies!!

The cafe ambience is so good, if you sit in and start a mindful conversation, leaving the place would be difficult. The ambience is so good. I am not posting any pictures as it demands to experience!!

Annual General Body Meeting 2025

We have held an AGM today at Hotel SVM Grand, Nagole.

New, Executive Body is elected. As you all know, elections are held once in two years.

The new body comprises;

President - Dr. Narendar Reddy - 1979
Vice President- GV Ramana Reddy - 1981
General Secretary - D. Satyanarayana - 1975
Treasurer - N Purushotham Reddy - 1985

Another bad news in 1983 batch

It’s very sad to inform that, Lingaiah who is 1983 ssc passed out batch attained Moksha on the 2nd September 2024.

All our batchmates, fondly call him as “Linganna”, and haven’t seen anyone calling him “Lingaiah”.

A self made man who is duly recognised during his 7th class. He wrote entrance exam for the then Residential School at Sarvail and joined in his 8th class on 1980. He is from old Nalgonda.

He has been suffering from Kidney issue coupled with diabetes. Though he looked hale & healthy few days before his demise, but the god has a different plan for him and wanted our Linganna to be with him.

Dear Alumni,

I am glad to inform you all our School did reasonably well this year in SSC.

About 78% of the students out of 109 total students, scored more than 9.3% GPA. Overall, 100% pass result.

The School average is 9.47 GPA.

Let’s thank the Teachers and Principal in achieving this !!

There are lot of posts about how many seats that BJP and alliances will win this parliamentary elections.

There are some pundits, secularists, anti-modi personalities etc are stating that NDA will not get more than 180-190 seats.

On the other hand, Modi followers (aka andhbhatks according to some) posting BJP and alliances' will get between 350 - 400 seats.

This made me think bit louder and looked at all the secondary data (The statements of political parties from nook & corner, some Key Opinion Leaders interviews, conversations with very senior people across all party lines).

Based on this secondary data, I prepared, what I think would be MINIMUM and MAXIMUM seats that BJP and alliances (NDA) will get in overall.

I am not betting!! Just testing my socio political understanding!!

I didn't include 6 sisters out of 7 as the number is too small and don't have enough data.

1. This is based on complete secondary data
2. Based on press, social media, narratives, voice of the leaders etc

Tomorrow, 11th February 2024 is a day to celebrate our Sarvailian brotherhood along with the families!!
