Rule 2: Use positive reinforcement motivation....If your staff does something good tell them, tell them again and again. Put it in writing, send it out in the news letter make them feel good.

Hi All,

Its a Landmark for my page - with 300 likes and heading towards the third year in the making. We have now changed our vision and mission and now our focus will be to help HR Students and Professionals to understand HR more in a practical way than being theoretic. We will support them with information about ever changing HR environment from Traditional HR to Transformational HR, from HR being People champion to HR being the Strategic partner and last but not the least Ulrich said HR from the Outside IN. Hi All,

Miracle99 Completed two years with a decent run.

Providing and Supporting with a wide range of services to colleges and corporates in the field of HR, Training and events through coaching, counselling and consulting.

Would like to thank all my partners and free lancers who supported us in this two year journey. Special thanks to:

Miracle 99 was in a hibernation mode for a brief period of time. This time was utilized for re-strategizing and restructuring the organizations vision, mission and people.

Miracle 99 will now channelize its energies and focus on developing and equipping youngsters to face the ever changing corporate world through coaching and counselling. This will be done in association with the Youth HR CLUB to take it to the next level. We are calling in all the young HR professionals to actively take part in this journey.

This organization will now actively be lead by Mr.Prasad Rao (CEO) who comes with 40 yrs. of experience in the field of pharma and allied industries, besides insurance & real estate & Archana(Sales & Marketing Lead) with 10 yrs. of experience in sales and Admin (NBFC segment), supported by Hema founder of Youth HR Club.

Link it up - and create a lot of connections for your employees as managers.

Make them feel that they are connected to the organization as a whole, connect them to team & Departments, connect them to some good professional networks / communities and also to the local community so they can participate in some activities where they feel that they are socially responsible.

Connections are a major reason people stay. Today's knowledge workers need to link to others to get their job done. So you be the link and link them up.

KICK - get some of it by having a lot of fun at your workplace if you are not having fun then there is a chance you will lose your talent and work productivity. Through my career (13 years) till date i have was wearing an additional hat "CFO - Chief Fun officer" and i enjoyed it and had a great kick for sure, it has benefited me and the organizations i worked for.

Fun breeds creativity, it energizes the environment with that the productivity goes up, adding to it innovation goes up, new ideas are developed finally money comes in. Its easy to say, its hard to implement but if effort is made it happens. Let fun happen, it will energize and motivate and keep the talented people on the team.

I heard some of these statements from managers when i promoted fun at work place:

1) Professionalism and fun are incompatible.
2) It takes money to have fun. (No budgets please)
3) Fun means laughing you need to have good sense of humor (I cannot crack jokes)
4) We have to plan and have fun. (Fun cannot be planned)
5) Fun time at work will compromise results.
